The new REVROS LT incorporates the LT Concept of light but tough in a proven reel design. The spinning reel’s weight was reduced by 2 ounces in the 2000 model and a hefty 5 ounces in the 4000 model. The Light Composite Housing greatly inproves the strength to weight ratio while still providing a solid framework for the powerful gearing. The Machined Aluminum Handle smoothly transfers power to the main gear. The Air Rotor System is 15 percent lighter than compatable rotors and well balanced for smooth positive retreivals.

Answer: the Revros LT model will feature stainless steel ball bearings, most of which will be shielded bearings. however, they are not Daiwa's corrosion resistant (CRBB) bearings.

Both beautiful looking. Both on Diawa Presso rods. Used them for my first season of trout fishing. Outstanding! Gonna use them for panfish and crappie later. Has 10lb braid with 2 pound leader for BFS set up. Smooth no issues at all.

Purchased this reel for casting light crappie jigs. Spooled with 6 lb line and works as expected. Taking away one star due to the drag is not as audible as I like.
