Answer: It could be used for bowfishing, but we would recommend a bigger reel like the 808 or 888 for Bowfishing.

Answer: YES. 1. Unscrew the dust cover (Black plastic button-looking thing on the opposite side of reel from retrieve handle. You can unscrew it with your fingers.) 2. Use a flat-head screw driver to loosen the screw beneath the dust cover. 3. Switch retrieve handle and screw to opposite sides, tighten screw, reinstall the dust cover over the screw head.
Answer: I contacted Zebco about this issue and they insisted that it can be changed. An amateur wouldn't know how. If you have issues contact Zebco and they will explain.

Answer: It us a brand. It is red, and it did not last very long. The anti reverse went out on the reel the second day I had it. May have had 3 hours fishing on it. The line only lasted one more trip after that. As soon as I got home,I took it I off the pole and threw it in the trash, where it belonged. Stay clear of this product.

It looks great worked great for the first 2 cast than it happened the top would not stop popping off it would not stay on no matter what we did. You can not fish if every time you cast the top of your reel comes off of course the return time has past since I did not use this right away. I would recommended testing it right AWAY because mine is JUNK and waste of money and I LOVE zebco products!

The worst reel I ever bought. I would never recommend this reel I will never buy another Zebco again it was that bad. I had used Zebco for years, Casting is minimum reel named first use not able to fix waste of monies. If I could give it a 0 I would. I bought a 12.99 reel local store which works 100% better

Has been a great little real for a short Pole with some lightweight line getting into tight spaces. Drag is surprisingly easy to set with 5 lb line and the retrieve rate makes for a really smooth pull through the water. Have been using its weekly for over a year without any issues, surprisingly durable
