Awesome Reel ! This is a beautiful looking spinning reel, came with very well packed . I tried it on my surf fishing rod and this reel is awesome.It felt sturdy and durable,action is super smooth, retrieval was easy. Aluminum body construction but in light weight with a perfect performance in fishing .It is very exciting to get such a great fishing reel on amazon.

I ordered the berrypro metal fishing reel because I want something durable and smooth which could fish with for a long time. I heard from my friends that berrypro fishing rod they bought is in good quality, so i want to have a try for the berrypro reel as well. It proved that they did a great job with this reel for sure. I was extremely impressed with the fact that it's in a solid box and packaged in a cloth bag to ensure no damage.
When I first screwed in the direct drive handle i find that it has extremely smooth and powerful drag as well.The body and handle is metal material , so the reel feels solid, but lighter at the same time because of the unique design of reel body.The construction of the reel is amazing.
If your hesitant to try it; don’t be, this reel will compete with reels that are twice the cost and I believe outperform them. I would like to recommend this reel to every fisherman ,really a nice reel !
