Good reel and will cast a long way. We haven’t caught a fish yet to try the drag but it seems to be good.

Upsetting!!!. I should have read reviews, instead of looking at the ABU name. Mine broke after a year, during a crappie frenzy, very upsetting. The rubbing on the left hand not cool.
They should offer warranty with this. Bummer.

Cast real far, works smoothly, don’t like the crank shaft screw turning in the palm of hand though. I hold it like a baitcaster so that screw is in the palm of my left hand. It’s the screw that you can switch the crank from one side to the other but the reel functions perfectly.
