It works... barely... I really would avoid it at all cost. But it still does "work" so if you need something cheap and you can be patient with it not working half the time I guess you could buy it.

I purchased this reel intending to attatch it to my compound bow for a quick and fun little camping trip with some buddies. the threading on the reel mount was marred and damaged on arrival so I had to clean them up with a tap and dye kit, then the line that comes with the reel was very cheap and not strong enough for anything over 5lbs which is an issue when shooting at carp that are well over that. I tried to put a much stronger muzzy line on it, however the reel wouldn't fit more than 15 ft worth of line on the spinner. not too happy with this reel or the workmanship, if youre looking into this product, do some research on what you will be using this for, and maybe look into spending a bit more on something more reliable.
