Good reel for the price. I decided this a try and I am happy with the purchase. The reel is smooth, and it holds plenty of fishing line. I used 30 lbs braid and probably around 200 yards on the spool. The body of the reel is made of pretty solid materials and I think it will hold up really well in fresh or saltwater. Love the purchase and can't wait to test it on some bigger catches.

Robert Goodall : Reverse Lock No Longer Working

This spinning reel works well for casting and retrieving. However, I have only been using it for a couple of weeks and now the switch that locks it from rotating in reverse no longer seems to work. This means that if you are trying to troll with it you cannot lock it and the line just keeps spinning out. Not impressed.
