Answer: Yes, All Penn Fathom II reels comes with a Reel Clamp. In addition the clamp has 2 bolt sizes it comes with. Short and long. This is to compensate for the type of Fishing Rod you are using. All of my Rods are custom built and I need the long bolts to mount my Reel onto the Rod. Hope that helps!

Answer: It has no level line spooling. You must manually level the line while relying in so I wouldn’t use it for speed jigging

I've ordered the 6.1:1 25 and ive received the 4.8:1 i contacted Amazon and got it exchanged but i got another 4.8:1.. am i missing something?

Answer: No you are not missing anything. There are two versions of the Fathom 25N Star drag model: regular FTHII25NSD 6.1:1 and also the FTHII25NSDP (“P” for power) 4.8:1 model.

Answer: I’m not sure why it is pictured with the double paddle handle. I do know that the Fathom II 15 Levelwind model comes with both the double paddle handle and the regular offset handle as well.

Whoa.... Penn in my opinion stepped their game up with this baitcaster. Smooth and the distance is sweet. Construction and quality is definitely there. Thumbs Up!

If you are a fisherman that requires the use of freespool and a clicker, this product is not for you! The drag to pull the clicker is so lite that a small current pulls the clicker. NOT FOR RIVER FISHERMAN!
