How much does it weigh? I'm comparing to others which have the weight listed.

Answer: I’m not exactly sure how much it weighs, but it’s really light that I barely notice it on my light weight fishing rod.

Can this be set up for left and right hand fishing

Answer: Yes you can set it up for right or left handed fishing

Can this be used on a pen fishing rod?

Answer: I have it installed on a ultra light telescoping rod. Although very small it fits a standard reel seat on all rods and should mount fine to a pen rod.

Is this a 500 or 50 size reel? Or even snaller than that?

Answer: Not sure what you mean by 500 or 50 but it is very, very small. Good for panfish or small bass.

Is this a good real for crappie

Answer: Yes. Great little portable real and good for most fishing experiences. Caught a 25 inch fish on one.

Answer: Absolutely is a great reel for lighter fish like crappie or bream. I’ve had no problem with 2 lb catfish or bass. However just because it has small parts that might not hold up to larger fish I limit mine to backpacking

Answer: I’ve used it to pull a ~3lb lake trout through the ice on a jig pole. I’d feel confident up to a 6lb fish in this.

Answer: Awesome reel for smaller fish! I'm sure it would hold up fine even with bigger fish. Quality is on point.

Amazing reel! Bought every cheap mini/macro/micro reel available and finally found one worth writing a review! Initial impressions, reel was spot on! Arrived on time, complete and all parts working. Obviously you will provide the line. I went with 4lb test fluorocarbon and spools nicely. Went out in the yard and gave it a dozen casts. Preformed great. I have no doubt this reel is ready for many bikepacking trips. Or if you are a backpacker/hiker this will definitely work. Hope this helps!

Pretty much just what I wanted. Very small, I can pack two of these in my suitcase with a couple of collapsible poles and can fish the lakes and streams with my companion as I drive through the Rockies in my rental car. Make is rough and I don't know how long they will last but seem like they will hold up well enough. I've fished with worse when a kid so these will be fine, and they are small. Won't hold much line, it says 1 lb 120 meters and 2 lb test holds 60 meters.

Reels incredibly smooth. It feels like a good build. For the price, it's a good option. Takes two months to get it from China.

My mom bought me this product and I thought it would last 2-3 years and no was I wrong I've had this for a little less than a year and I took it ice fishing last year and It was phenomenal. it only froze up once (it was 20-25 degrees out) and it was left out for an hour it is great for the price it may be cheap but it has fought for my respect (I had caught 110-120 fish that day and 30 were keepers)
