Stainless Steel Pick-up Pin Stainless steel is a hard material that does not wear over time and is corrosion resistant, making it the perfect material for pick-up pins. A softer material has the potential to develop a groove in the pin, which cuts the line.	Dial-Adjustable Drag The dial-adjustable drag is easily adjusted to match the drag setting to the fishing situation. The higher the drag, the harder it is for line to exit the reel. The lower the drag, the easier it is for line to exit the reel.	Built-In Bite Alert Built-in Bite Alert technology lets you know a fish is on the line using audio and visual indicators to alert anglers of activity below the water. can this be switched to left handed retrieve? and does it come with a double knob and a single knob handle?

Answer: Yes. It. Am be converted to right or left hand without buying additional parts. You can change to a single knob but would have to purchase the piece. Zebco reels are easy to take apart and reassemble

Any one have trouble getting line to lock in

Would this work for salmon fishing??

Answer: Probably not, have never fished for salmon. I use it on smaller lakes and ponds and it would probably handle

Answer: On these reels they will holf a 25lbs fine. Heavier than that and you run the risk of burning bearings

Answer: Think it comes with 15 lb test line. Have no idea how many yards it will hold length wise.

Is this good for river fishing?

Answer: This reel is best suited for 10lb line, it will work for River fishing if you are using smaller line. If you are looking for something for heavier line we would recommend our 606 or 808.

Answer: Yes, I was a guide in the everglades for many years. If I had someone that never fished this was my reel of choice for ease of use and could take a lot of punishment. Many times I would fish moving water in Canals or some of the rivers and it preformed brilliantly.

Answer: As I recall yes, but sometimes with any reel if it's been sitting in a warehouse long it gets memory problems

Answer: The new Zebco 33 is smaller. The original 33 classic is about the same size. Both reels are about the same "duty".

Muy buen reel para iniciarte en la pesca deportiva. Cuenta con "alarma de mordedura" que te permite ser más sensible para detectar cuando un pez ha mordido el anzuelo. Aún y cuando este reel no es de baleron como el modelo zebco 33 es una excelente opción económica para tu caña y pesca de peces mediano o grandes en presas, ríos y playas.
