Serving anglers with a premium line counter reel in both right and left hand retrieve, Okuma proudly introduces the Cold Water. The Cold Water family is constructed upon a powerful star drag foundation including heavy-duty machine cut brass gears, dual anti-reverse systems and full Carbonite drag system with up to 20-pounds of maximum drag output. The custom line counter includes new Okuma anti-fogging Clear View Technology, and should the counter be overwhelmed by water, an access port allows the interior to be dried completely. The line counter’s reset button has also been recessed and placed on the side of the unit to eliminate errant resets. The series includes four sizes in right hand retrieve, three in leaving anglers with a premium line counter reel in both right and left hand retrieve.

Why does the picture show a right hand reel when the product is a left hand reel? This just confuses people.

Answer: The written description is always more important than the picture - and it's a "stock photo"

Is this a left habd retrieve model?

Answer: dlx is left handed. D is right handed. Different listing on amazon. Yes, they have it.

Answer: When I ordered through Amazon it didn't give me an option, right or left so I went be the picture but it came as a left handed reel.

What is the line capacity?

Answer: The information can be readily found by googling the model. That having been said: It's 210yd of 20lb mono - which translates to something like 300 yds of 40-50lb braided. I've purchased 4 okuma coldwaters over the years and recommended them to friends. Everyone loves them - they're great reels at any price and superb reels at this price. I've bought more expensive reels and Ive been the happiest with coldwater. You won't be sorry.

Can you get this pink ladies reel in a right hand? Shows right hand in picture but don't see where you have option for right hand.

Answer: I ordered the same reel thinking I was getting right-handed. I was sent left-handed. I contacted Amazon and someone from the company was supposed to contact me back. I have not heard anything from them, so you might contact them before ordering to make sure that you can.
