How sturdy is this? does it bend or break easily? other nets i've had break when scooping pond muck. i want something stronger.

Like that it expands when needed and is compact when not, sturdy

Good net. Don't try to land the 10 bass with it. I am happy with the quality and function.

PROS
-Strong netting. The material is thick and feels like it has a rubbery coating for extra strength.
-Good sturdy metal frame for the net. Except for the outermost side which is an elastic band. Not sure why the metal frame doesn't go all the way around but maybe the elastic side allows some flexibility while netting a fish.
-I like the triangular shape as it allows more precise scooping compared to a circular one.
-Quick locking extension pole is easy to use.
-Handle is thick, solid, grippy rubber.

CONS
-Pole still rotates after locking. This could be annoying as you are trying to scoop up a fish.
-The connection between the pole and the net frame is plastic and feels like a weak point. It has some flex to it and feels like it will break with a heavy weight or repeated use.
