Answer: I did not take the frisbee off. I saw instructions on youtube how to cast with one hand. It work perfect. I cast from a boat with one hand, frisbee on, and it open full spread every time. I love it.

Answer: It was a gifted to my father who never got to use it he pass I don't know the length of it

Does not advertise that it’s supposed to be a frisbee type net. The frisbee sucks. I took the frisbee off and it works a lot better. I’m using it once and returning the net because it’s another bait n switch by typical Amazon seller

What is this baloney : Not the net in the main photo

I opened the box, saw the ring and sent it straight back, I did not even bother to test it. Go with the super spreader brand if you want a traditional style cast net. I hope this review helps by preventing anyone making an impulse purchase of this product based on a photo that does not represent the actual product.

I've been throwing cast nets for 60 years along the Gulf Coast. This one isn't like anything I've tried before. Feels cheap, looks cheaper, with a "disk" inserted. Didn't even want to waste my time. Maybe they use this in China effectively. I returned it (Thank you, Amazon!) and bought a Made in America net.

Finger mullet swam straight through the net. I’d sent it back but it’s more effort than it’s worth. The mesh is super thin like 8lb test mono, super brittle. The frisbee addition is useless. Over all I believe the seller is taking advantage of not being able to see or feel what we are buying. This is now worth the money. Good luck getting more than one cast around oysters without a huge hole. Not a product that will last.

The ring that holds the net together at the top of the net came apart after about a dozen throws from the beach.

this was the best choice there was and you should definitely get this casting net, it is very reliable and even though its $25 it is for sure the best option. i got it and went to the beach and wanted to go fishing off a pier and deep sea and needed bait but other than buying the net itself it cost me nothing to get bait. the sinkers/weights are very helpful. if you do get this net a great way o use it is to go to the beach in the morning and look for schools and catch tons of bait.

I am a cast net dummy. I have never been able to get them to open consistently. I have been able the throw this thing with one hand and it open every time. Great for using out of a small boat.

The actual net is not the net in the primary photo. I have had a couple nets in the last, and this one is very cumbersome and I do not like the design. The saucer and lines make this a a hindrance for quick casts.
