Answer: My Broil King Regal 500 pellet grill was made in China. It’s an awesome grill but I ‘assumed’ it was made in US or Canada like my Broil King gas grill. I did some research and they felt China was their best option for the pellet grill for now. Again, great grill but would have gone another direction if I had known.

Answer: appears as though Broil King only has 3 manufacturing facilities. All reside within the US and Canada. That's what Google says anyways, and Google is always right.

Answer: Made in China. As far as I know, only Broil King's high-end gas grills are made in Canada/USA

Answer: Broil King gas grills are manufactured in North American plants located in Huntington Indiana, Dickson Tennessee and Waterloo Ontario

Answer: The gas grills are made in USA. For now the pellet grills are made in CHINA

My husband has used this everyday for two months straight! If he loves something more than me it’s the smoker.

Robert : Built like a tank some minor issue but I love it

Love the pellet smoker. Built like a tank and holds heat well. Temperature control is very good and accurate.
Cons the delivery was terrible the box came damages and torn but all the items were there .
Con does not like the larger pellets like pit boss or bear mountain. Lumberjack and cabelas are what I use.

Purchased three months ago, made ribs, chicken, and steak. Food had been a big hit with the family. First time grill would only heat to 550. Since then 600 as advertised no problem.

Extremely well built and designed. They recommend you use their pellets which burn hotter and are smaller. I am assuming so auger doesn’t clog.

App is a little kwirky, but I still think it is a great feature.

Seems to trip my gfci breaker until warm. Maybe better to run this on non gfci outlet.

Overall extremely pleased.

C. Hill : Swing and a miss

This could be a good grill but it lacks so much. The grill cooks do in even, see photo of beef jerky cooked at 180° for one hour. The left side is burnt to a crisp while the middle needed another hour and a half and the right side was almost done.
The pellets don’t slide down the hopper well. You have to use Broil King pellets.
Mine broke the auger the first use. Smoke comes out of everywhere. Could not get the app to work properly.
Pros. Gets hot enough to seer. Has no trouble getting to temperature even while very cold out.

If you store your grill outdoors empty the hopper after each use. The fuel pellets absorb moisture and cause the augur to jam. I broke down the feeder system twice before I realized how to prevent the problem. My pellet grill is a Regal 500 and I love this machine. No more problems since I started draining the hopper.
