My husband got this and he loves it. The net itself seems very sturdy and strong. I think it is cool that you can hook it and then detach the net by a magnet. He hasn't used it yet, but will be very soon.. hopefully it is a sturdy and strong as it looks.

Works perfectly fishing pan sized fish <20" from kayak. I was concerned by some reviews stating the holes in net are too large and small fish can slip through. Large holes have proven to make it easier to remove lure hooks without catching in net. Only the very smallest brook trout could slip through net and they are going back anyway. Soft rubber feel net cradles fish so you do not have to handle. Very happy with purchase. Would recommend to friends looking for a good product at a reasonable price.

This seems a lot easier and less likely to get tangled. A lot stronger and it won’t get mildewed and rot. Simple to keep clean. Very sturdy handle. Well balanced with ability to maneuver quickly and with agile reflexes. A great size and weight for medium size fish.

This is a nice fishing net. It feels sturdy and it extends. I got it to play with the guppies and stuff in my creek in my backyard. You could also use this to fish trash out of your pons and creeks. The net feels solid and it is easy to use.

We bought two of these to replace our thin-meshed nets that only best at getting tangled in our hooks.
Thus far we have used them to net rainbow trout, flounder, redfish, and speckled trout and they have worked great. I except if you hook something really big the size might be a problem but I suppose that's a good problem, right?
