Answer: There is a port where you would attach a small tube so that you can can seal wine bottles. The tube & wine bottle attachment were included in my purchase, No attachments for sealing glass jars were incuded. Hope this helps.

It sucks... it's a vacuum sealer, so it's supposed to suck but it doesn't suck very good. Plenty of air left in packaging and it times out , so you cant keep the suction going longer to get more air out. I wish I would have bought a FoodSaver.

I needed to replace my other food saver which I had for about 5 years. I wanted one where I didn’t have to press down to hold the bag in order to seal. I looked at a lot of machines and decided on this one, which I didn’t realize was a Foodsaver. So happy I choose it- you just push the bags in the slot and press seal or vacuum and it does the job. No need to press down or hold the bag until it starts working.
Only con was that I wish there was a built in cutter for the rolls.
Other than that- good sealing both moist and dry and good price.

This vacuum sealer is great. I am wondering why so waited so long to purchase one. It does a great job sealing my meats and veggies. I was able to season and seal quite a bit of different types of meat for storage in my freezer. My freezer is able to stack much more because of being able to remove from packages after purchase. I am now able to wait for sales on meat, buy in bulk and store. It is easy to use and easy to clean and store.

Also, very helpful is you don't need a huge amount of space at the top of the bag that you want to seal (some sealers need to feed several inches of bag into them in order to reach the suction -- so you are unable to use a large part of of the top of the bag. Also, you can push as much of the bag into this thing as you want, so you can seal very close to the top of whatever you are sealing leaving -- allowing you to trim off extra.
