Much smaller than expected, cheap plastic not worth the money. The end is a rope. Not bad if you need a small net portable for small boats. But not what i thought it was. The end isn’t even solid it has a rope brim. It breaks down for storage but the design is weak. The net feels like recycled plastics.

I was a little skeptical when I saw this fishing net. I wanted something that I could use with my boat knowing that I wouldn't probably catch huge fish where I would be fishing. This is a terrific net because it has a triangle opening, so you can actually get larger fish in it as well as smaller ones. It folds up to be very compact so it's easy to pack for our day trips. It has a clip on it so you can actually wear it on your belt if you want to, for those of you who do fishing with waders on. I think the only slight downside is the hook could get caught in the net, which doesn't happen with rubber nets. But, this is a perfect size net and does everything I need for it to do. I'm thrilled!

I love that this net is foldable and semi fits in my tackle bag. It does float which is nice when it falls into the water. The net itself is pretty big given the small folding size. When the net extends it has a plastic clip which I hopes holds up. So far so good took it on 2 fish outings and had no issues with it. I would like to see a way to hang or carry this other then a cheap little key ring on the center of the center of the net. It holds the net to the center of the pole so I attached another keyring to the plastic end just so I'm able to hang it from my backpack. However with the net unfolded there is no good or easy way to carry this net. When wading in a river catching fish, I like to have the net extended and this is not a one handed operation with a fish on and a net to unfold from your backpack.

Overall happy with the product.
I ordered this for my son to catch minnows. It is NOT for catching minnows! The mesh is big so it's definitely meant for actually fishing. It floats well so no worries if you drop it in the water, easy retrieval! It collapses and expands quickly and neatly which makes it easy to transport and store. We had one issue with the handle coming loose which was remedied with glue.

LT : Ninja like net for fishing

This is a purchase that improves on the standard fishing net without ever thinking about it. Fishing net that floats - makes sense they should all be made like this. Now I can hand my kid the net without worrying about them dropping it into the soup.

The compact foldable design is another thing I never knew I needed until I saw how small a space I could store it in. No more nets strapped to the car roof or hidden under the boat deck, it folds so easy and pops back into form with a quick flick. Makes me feel like a ninja.

Sara : What i was looking for good size

Exactly what i was looking for. I like these particular bets because crabs don't get tangled in them at all allowing a much more enjoyable experience when you're out a lot or long days also works well for fish because of the wide size. The folding option works good but it's for water so i don't know why they would use screws that could rust that is my only gripe with this is otherwise it would be a perfect net foldable possibly throw some silicone over the screws haven't checked if that would work yet to fix the problem but while your at it might want to throw some in the rubber that is the handle grip because it wants to come off and slide and that is pretty annoying but a lot if bets have this problem. Overall i would recommend this bet though because the size ease of use and folding capabilities being so easy and compact is worth it but i do wish they would use parts on stuff like this that could not rust and secure rubber grips better on something you are going to need to hold onto with weight at the opposite end but get it on a deal and you won't be disappointed especially not if you heed my advice and give it a couple small tweaks. Decibel a favorite of mine and you won't want to use a regular net type again after using these with this coating in it and so far coating has held up well.
