How do u remove sode plate to remove spool

Answer: To remove the side plate you turn the switch like dial on the non-handle side. the smaller dial underneath this dial adjust the magnetic brake.

Answer: The black bar that covers the mag adjuster moves and unlocks the side plate. Instead of turning the small red adjuster to increase or decrease the magnets, move the black bar that looks like decoration and the side plate pops up.

Answer: There is a knob on the side that you turn and then the spool slides out.

Answer: You have to push with quite a bit of pressure on the ( magnetic dial) on the opposite side of the cranking handle then turn counterclockwise ✅

Does the drag click?

Answer: My drag didn't work at all. Kept giving line when the drag was as tight as I could get it. I reported it and they sent me a new reel. Still haven't tried it but it seems to be fine!

How do you attach the line to the spool?

Answer: you can check in the web, there are many places to learn how to attach the line in all kind of reels. You tube is one of them

What kind of line is best?

Answer: My personal choice is braided line, 12lb to 15lb on a baitcast reel. I never use mono on any reels anymore.

Hi, does this green one come with left hand version?

Answer: The order form said it does but I purchased the right handed model.✅

Is this reel saltwater rated?

Answer: If you rinse in fresh water thoroughly after every use it should be ok. I don’t think it’s specifically designed for salt water use.

Answer: We have used it in fresh and salt water. So far we have had no problem.

Answer: China. I love this reel, very smooth. I have only had it for a short while so I cannot comment on how long it will last. Wish I could by from a USA manufacturer.

Have not been able to take off side plate of reel. Does take a little to fine tune the brakes but does good for the price

I have not fished it yet but I can tell if a reel is going to perform well, good fast free-spooling, smooth drag, smooth winding, 8:1 gear ratio, I fish a lot of topwater lures that I work fast. After his reel I bought the red Sougayilang 8:1 baitcaster too.

Very disappointed in this reel. Mag brake seems ok but the tension knob and it’s adjusting is problematic at best. The handle assembly at the case is totally sloppy and has too much play in it. The drag is ok. It doesn’t hold any adjustments for more than a cast or two. Pass this up. Lots of reels for under 50$ That perform great.
