Where can I buy spare spools?

Answer: Not that I could find, but witjlt them being aluminum they are strong, well made,I've used this reel for over a year now amd have had no problems and I fish a ton, I understand you proly want to spool up an extra spool for a different line class but at this cheap of a price buy another one

What is the line capacity

Answer: I spooled my reel with #2 lb test mono line and probably have about 150-200 yds of line. It’s more than enough for UL fishing.

Answer: Depending on what pound line capacity you use. It should tell you how many yards on your spool.

Does it have a 1 way clutch?

Answer: Yes it’s for antiback lash

does this reel have instant anti reverse

Answer: It does have the small lever on the bottom of the reel to stop the line from going out. Switch it, and the reel can back reel line out.

Poor tolerances and not smooth spinning operation. Gap between spool and body not consistent. Handle is wobbly and feels cheep and awkward. For $20 bucks, you get what you paid for.

Bought this for my wife and on our first trip she pulled a 20 rainbow out of an Andean lake here in Colombia.
Seems to be well made for the price. l like the wooden grip. l teamed this up with a nice Toasis rod and 10 lb test Stren clear Mono ( Probably 4-6 lb would be a better match)

I got the 500 ice fishing model for 10ft jig pole. Handled some nice slabs we with ease.

William S. Perry : Completely worthless as fishing reel.

Inexpensive and looks pretty, but fails miserably in practice. I purchased two of the 60 series reels for light surf duty. Spooled them with 20 lbs braid and paired with Daiwa 9' rods. The first time out fishing and they both could not even reel in the surf weight and single hook rig! The collapsible handles folds up repeatedly while cranking in ANY kind of load. Cannot imagine how poorly they'd do with a small redfish on the line. Didn't manage to find out as I retired these two to the truck before making another cast. Other observations, poorly geared and designed, as cranking effort is way too difficult. Besides the fold up fail, the handle is way too small for the job and more suited to a 20 series reel. I cannot recommended these reels for anything other than paperweights. You might be able to use for panfish, but there are far better suited reels for that. Terrible design that should be avoided.
