I originally recieved the wrong reel but after speaking with the customer service they are sending the correct reel..they were very helpful and it is a very nice reel so i didnt want a diffrent one..yes i would recommend this compNy and this reel...UPDATE.. have been using the reel for a while now and this reel is awesome and the customer service person (Tina) is great and has kept in contact making sure all is well. Used this reel one time before the slide button got stuck... after three uses, the drag adjustment mechanism is completely locked in place. Hoping to hear from the manufacturer on a replacement. Will update here.

Update: contacted seller and received a reply same day. Was told they would send a
replacement. Will update when new reel is received and tested.

Update: received replacement reel today. Customer service was quick and efficient. Hoping the new reel lasts!

Final update: the replacement reel’s line counter doesn’t work after two uses. Save yourself the aggravation and buy a decent reel.
