Well, I'll have to wait for the next TW sale but after reading some posts on here there are some lures that I want to try out.
1.) Ima Roumba
2.) Ima Skimmer
3.) Zoom Super Hogs
What new lures that you've never had before do you want to try next year?
Also, if you happen to have experience with the above lures or any other lures that other people want to try can you post your experience with them and what colors you tried and thought were the most successful?
Siebert jigs.

BBZ Rat and Savage Gear 6" Line Thru trout.
I'd like to try out a Megabass Vision 110. I want to see what all the hype is about.
Not so much a lure but I am foaming at the mouth to get my hands on Trokar frog hooks for my frogs and buzz plugs. Talk about a game changer...
I'd like to try some more sibert jigs as well...

Actually, I lied. I've got a whole tray... Or two... Of Kanans on the brain. They are so sexy and aren't even that expensive. I must have them haha- the bait monkey says so!
I mean... I can get 2 relics, 2 relic fatties, a relic LT and 2 relic minnows for <$90 shipped. That just blows my mind after looking at Ragos and such.

I started a thread about them a while back but nobody who used them had responded... Can you give me some insight as to your experience? I've been super curious about them for a while now. Your thoughts are appreciated.
I am in the market for a few good prop baits and a couple of wakebaits. I have the Deps Buzzjet on the radar, but have not decided on the prop bait.
War Eagle spinners.

I got one of their lipless crankbaits, the Dante VIB.
Perhaps the worst lipless CB I've ever used. Won't run straight to save it's life, and starts to spiral on a very fast retrieve. The finish is very nice, but just because it looks like a renaissance masterpiece doesn't make them good.
Maybe I got a bad one? I've since removed the hooks and attached it to my car keys.
Next year I want to try the Megabass Vision jerkbaits, the Jackall cross tail shad, and the Megabass Pop X.
Ima Roumba for me as well. It has been on my list just have not purchased on yet. Also, I have purchased one crankbait from Deps and want to try more. I also want to try the Megabass Honjikomi Cattle Tongue, just for the fun of it.

The car key thing is great hahahah love it!
I want the jackall pompadour
Jackall Pompadour.
Since I saw it 3 or 4 years ago ( yes, it´s not "new" ) I wanted a couple, now that it more easily available time to take a dive.

Free? How could I say no? lol. I'd take it.

Ive fished the Zoom Super Hogs a lot. great bait. green pumpkin, june bug, watermelon..... just peg with a 1/4 oz weight and flip away
Ive been fishing from boats lately and going to be fishing tourneys as a co angler so this year I will be buying more deep diving crank baits and jerk baits.
Being a bank guy never needed both but now I am branching into that field
I really want to try a Deps Buster K.

If it manages to be 1/5th of how good the Slither K is, it'll be awesome.
Speaking of which, I just scored a tough color to find in the Slither- and a kicker frog in another tough color to find... Neither will be here until well after Halloween though haha oh well.
Oh, JDM tackle shipping... It seems like a sick joke but I am looking forward to being surprised sometime in November- and people wonder why I run 50lb braid!!

I agree, the Slither K is a great frog.
I've been wanting to buy and try the Havoc Ike's Back Slide. I keep waiting for the local Gander Mountain to get them in but nope! I guess I will have to order them from Tackle Warehouse.
I broke down and found a pop max and pony gabot on ebay.

The Kanan Relics on Ebay are simply imported from China out of a catalog from an Oem who only makes swimbaits and cranks called G_______oda and you can buy them direct from the express site 5 for $25 and have them at your door in 2 weeks in an E packet.....I believe the Cabelas live forrage swimbaits are the same exact thing, also their are now about a dozen companies that have started selling the same one's....Kanan was one of the first to import a large quantity to get the price super cheap and blow them out in quantiity. I have fished the one's I buy direct and they work as well as the Academy, Cabelas, Reaction Strike, Bass Pro segmented swimbaits.
I need the Rapala Walking Minnow......
Missile d-bomb, Stanford cedar lures crankbait, and maybe the bbz1 rat.
Bettencourt dying bluegill and deps buzzjet
You will not be disappointed with eitherOn 9/25/2014 at 1:30 AM, Montanaro said:I broke down and found a pop max and pony gabot on ebay.
I'd like to try a swimbait next year, probably a spro bbz-1, but I don't have the proper gear for swimbaits, so I'm not sure if I'll get one. But I want to see the what all the hype about them is for myself.
When I first read the question I said great! I gotta write this stuff down!
Then I started to question my whole box as half of what you guys posted I've never even heard of!
I gotta get out more
Mike
I'd add that I'm also going to try the jackall pompadour. First I was skeptical of he design, but now I'm convinced its an awesome topwater. Ill also have to try the megabass pop max.
Hinkle trout and a HPH gliding gizzard.
I'm going to give this a try. Has anyone used this before or the jr. size ?

They kinda suck. I mean they catch fish but I was not that impressed. I really wanted to try them and my store finally got them. They are kinda expensive and you dont get a lot. They have terribly durabilty and don't glide as well as I hoped. It was also kinda weird trying to rig it so it would slide good. You could pretty much just stick a little nailweight or something in the end of a senko and get the same thing.

No kidding. You and everyone else it seems. Take a number I think they might be a while.
I want to try the imakatsu bacuraston huddle swimmers. I actually just found them today and they look awesome.
Duo realis spybaits and a some jackall cherry 0 footers

I actually just picked one of those up the other day. It is the 80 I think and it seemed small and light so I figured it might be difficult to cast on casting gear even with light line. The bombs out there at 3/8 oz and the propellers and super high quality and spin forever. I haven't actually really fished it yet though. I just put it on to make a few casts and check it out.

Hooks bent out on 2 of mine, but they were both due to 5 pound smallies.
Keitech Crazy Flapper.

You will have this lol.
5# smallies are mean!

I caught a couple fish on it today and had one get a little tweaked from some 2# fish. I just bent it back with some needle nose and kept fishing. But I expect little hooks like that to eventually bend if you start sticking some decent fish. They are just little baby hooks but they are very sharp.
I just added a couple to the list: 1) River2sea S-waver. 2) Deps 250 slideswimmer (if I can find one). I'm trying to get
into glide-baits. ;0)
Next years lures. Hmmm. I don't have any KVD crankbaits. Need some of those. I sent an email off to Siebert jigs this afternoon. Be needing a bunch of those. Umbrella rig? Why not. Gotta try it. Looked at the frogs at Cabelas yesterday. Still thinking about that. I used to do well on Jitterbugs years ago,so these should be a hoot to. Aw there's no hope for tackle junkies. I'm trying to keep it well thought out and organized, but it's hard. Heaven help me if I ever hit the lottery.
A-Jay
Im gonna have to get a jackall pompadour!
Anything in the BIG swimbait genre. I've fished the smaller ospreys and have done well. I feel it's time to step it up to the Hudds, Triple Trouts, etc.
You better pick up a paper route or start shoveling some drive ways for $. Big baits cost big money. I am not trying to deter you by any means but unless you have your own source of income or your better off then most kids in regards to your parents then I would stay away and not risk the tradgedy. On 10/13/2014 at 8:55 AM, BasshunterJGH said:I just added a couple to the list: 1) River2sea S-waver. 2) Deps 250 slideswimmer (if I can find one). I would stick with baits that cost $50 or less at most. It would break your little heart to snap off a high dollar bait. It breaks mine as it is already and I do ok. You could buy peoples whole tackle box for the price of just a handful of baits and would probably be better off that way unless you have the means financially.
