What lure(s) have you bought over the winter time that you're most excited to throw once your area thaws out?

Oh yeah...I forgot. Ill be trying out Rage Tail for the first time this spring. Got a pack of Shellcrackers and Eeliminators ready to go.
I've been busy at work and home so the only thing I have bought is a spool of line, and some 1/8 oz. jigs. Tomorrow I am planning a run to a couple of little bait shops to see what they are carrying.
Good topic for us northern guys that are getting cabin fever.
I can't wait to try out some new spinnerbaits I bought. I have been using War Eagles the past couple years, this winter I picked up a new War Eagle, a Terminator T-1 and a Stanley Vibrashaft. When it comes time I'm gonna put the three to the test and see what brand I like the best, I might have to post a thread on my review of the three. I'm also thinking of buying a Strike King and Booyah spinnerbait to do a full on test with some of the most popular brands on the market.
I also picked up two new Real Image hard swimbaits from Cabelas that look awesome and I am bursting at the seams to see how they work. That and I also picked up some Berkley flatback shad soft swimbaits that Doug Stange is always pitching on In-Fisherman. It'll be interesting to see how these work also.
Those are the new baits I'm excited to try but I am also going to try a new to me technique this year. I'm pretty pumped to get out there and put a good effort into learning the dropshot.
Jigs, Jigs, and more jigs. im starting on making my own and i love using jigs, they are just so versatile. if i get into it enough i might start a jig/soft plastic company. i have a few sweet designs i need to get some molding clay and plaster of paris to make molds for. also the big bite baits warmouth. they should absolutely SLAUGHTER to cruising fish in the ponds i fish. in the summer these 18-25" fish just cruise around the shoreline and they are so easy to catch on live bluegills. i know thats not very sportsmanlike so im not doing that anymore. anyways, back to the warmouths. weightless on a 3/0 EWG hooks. twitch to the surface like a dying bluegill trying to escape, let it slowly sink. WHAM!
Well I'm not completely froze in thanks to the power plant lakes but still have a couple things I have to wait for a better chance to use.

VMC Ike approved straight shank flipping hooks
BPS Extreme 7' 10" swimbait rod

Ruger SR556E, 1k rounds
S&W M&P 9mm full size, 2.5k rounds
The ol' tin ship is gonna look like a gunboat! LMAO
Way too many lures to list though I'm most excited for the Vision 110s I picked up and the tonne (or ton for you Yanks) of plastic I somehow bought without even noticing. Also went crazy with the lipless cranks a few weeks ago. Did I also mention the crankbaits? Yeah, bought a bunch of those too. Oh yeah, and the spinnerbaits and jigs. Cripes, I had to buy a new bigger tackle bag just to hold all of it.
Also bought my first baitcaster and will be picking up a rod for it next week so there's that as well.

For me it's the following:
- Megastrike Strike Back spinnerbait
- Rage Toad
- Dahlberg Diving Frog
You're gonna love that!
•Rage Shellcracker
•Sunline Shooter
•Sunline Super Natural
•Revo Premier gen3
•Dobyns DX743,DX744
Here's a list -
All my bait casters - I cleaned/oiled them for the 1st time in my life and they feel so much better, I want to test them out! (Started bass fishing full time last season and learning baitcasters)
BPS ProQ Tournament Rod - I bought this new combo in January it is 7' M/F for 80 bucks (ProQ Tourney Reel) - I was surprised how light this rod was when I picked it up and am anxious to try how good it is for such a low price. Of course they could be so cheap that they break easily lol. I mostly bought the combo for the reel, but the rod feels good in my hands. (PQ Tourney are hear are basically the same as the Regular PQ, but with different bearings?)
Yo-Zuri Hybrid - Decided it is time to see how good this is over PLine - especially after reading all the reviews on various boards.
Ribbit Frogs
SK - 1.5s
SK/KVD 5XD and 6XD
Various Swim Jigs
Various Soft Baits - (Specifically for Drop Shots)
I'm looking to practice more this season (gaining confidence) on crankbaits and drop shotting. I only caught two small fish on a crankbait and one baby bass (literally the bait was 1/2 the size of the largie) on a drop shot. I started learning the technique end of last season.
Rooster tails bandit crankbaits frog and rattler traps
Revo stx gen2 ,bulk spool 15lb Invisex, and a restocked supply of fresh Senko's and Super Flukes.Going to check out fishing with shakey heads for something a little different.
-Excalibur XRK50
-Rage Craws
-VMC Spin-shot hooks

GOD I WANT SPRING ALREADY!
This year, many factors, too numerous to mention, have limited my winter tackle buying. I haven't got anything new to speak of, other than a couple of reels I bought my self as a Christmas present to myself.
There aren't any plans for anything major this spring. In the next few days, I am going to go to Walmart and pick up some close outs, mostly 17 & 20 lb mono for spinner baits & square bills. I look outside and see lots of snow. Even though it is starting to melt, I think that I'm still a few weeks away from first trip of the year.
I couldnt even begin to tell you how much stuff I bought.
Im most excited to throw my own jigs. I have a white bladed swim jig I tied up recently with a blue back that I am going to throw a skinny dipper in clear blue on. The damiki air craw looks great to me. I wanna try a cavitron with a rage frog on the back just for something absurd. Theres a custom crank I bought painted like a gill that looks real!
Any one of the 3,000 or so that I currently have. I really don't care. There was a good sized puddle in the neighbors front yard last week and I was seriously considering working a jig and craw through the grass in it. Anyone have a crying towel?
