When does it change from just being a fisherman with a nice arsenal to an addictive thing? I think I passed junkie status long ago.crepping towards being a hoarder. what are the signs.....................?
I don't know! And I never will admit anything!
Jeff
I don't think there is such a thing. You always need that one extra lure or rod and reel to get the big one.
How about when the Cable Guy comes over to add a line and enters your basement, which is full of 100 plus rods & reels, shelves upon shelves of tackle, and asks you if you are a fishing equipment dealer? That may signal your are close to the edge.
What if you have a credit card designated to only Fishing purchases?
Yuuup
I dont see a issue with providing a ever growing library of knowledge for others to learn from?
I like to think of myself as a tackle enthusiast
Hoarder/junkie sounds too explicit
If I stopped buying lures right now I would not use everything I have in my lifetime...but what fun would that be? You gotta hand it to the fishing industry for constantly improving and designing new toys to buy.
there is a guy in my bass club that spends $400-$600 a MONTH on fishing tackle, and fishes only a few times a month. I think it becmes an issue when you buy A LOT of tackle, and it never sees water.
hmmmmm......i have a FEW things...lol
When you purchase 30 shakey heads and the ice hasnt even come off yet.
Look on the bright side. If the apocalypse hits, all of us Lure Preppers will be set.
when JUST your crank baits number in the hundreds, and you have a FEW tackle boxs just for soft baits..lol..im cursed i am married to a wife of 30 years that can count..lol..d**n the luck

I wish I could get my spending down to that figure.20 rods and as many reels in the last couple weeks, just cant seem to pass up a good deal. I buy a lot during winter months.
Everytime I dig through my tackle I find things I didn't realize I had. I went to town recently and picked up a couple traps, when I was looking for a place to put them I found a few already in the box that I wasn't aware of having.
When you begin buying stuff and then realize that you not only have it already but have three of each of them!
Guilty!!!
A pretty good indicator is when you have a two car garage and one if not both cars are sitting out in the cold with snow on them.
IF you ask the question...then
U R 1
My dad and friends say that I have to much tackle I disagree I feel like I need more

No such condition. You're delusional...
Admitting to being a tackle junky would be to admit I have a problem. I don't have a problem so therefore I can't be a tackle junky. :-)

one bay is full of rod racks and the other is shelves of bags and 3700's. truck and ranger sit in driveway. from joliet, used to fish coal city way all the time. small world
When I moved to Florida I revamped my entire fishing philosophy. I do have have quite a few rods and reels, I fish freshwater and saltwater from boats offshore, beaches and jetties, I could easily get away with half of what I have. When I first got here my mentality was that I needed huge arsenal of lures and baits. I spent a lot of money only to discover that I could catch as many fish with 3 or 4 items like everyone else here was doing, probably 75% of my fish are caught on a bucktail jig. I took this mindset to bass fishing, with the exception of a few bags of plastics I don't have more than about 10 or 15 lures for bass fishing, many I seldom use.
When you trip over you fishing gear to get to your fishing gear.
Don't you know the guy with the most stuff wins? It's not a condition, it's a competition!
It's not hoarding, it's collecting. Like stamps or coins, but you can use them.
When you realize that going to your local tackle shop doesn't help anymore....you have better fishing reels and rods than them. Also...when you find yourself searching for months to buy a reel that no longer exists or very few people have and don't stop.
There is this one Mustad hook we use out here in the East Coast for drum fishing from the surf. It was discontinued but I still think it is one of the best hooks made for drum fishing. My 2 buddies and I called 70+ tackle shops, searched eBay every day and every time a pack of these hooks come up we buy them all. It's been 2 years now and we still search regularly and buy every pack that comes up. Can't let anyone have them.
I've come to understand that I could be doing worse things with my money than buying fishing tackle. Say, for instance, that I collected cocaine. At the end of the day all I'd have to show for it would be a runny nose. Everybody has a jones for something.
good point if your going to hoa..... i mean have a large collection you could do worse than tackle..I have started giving away some stuff i get in trades.I do A LOT of trades...lmao..gave a good friend a nice BC and Spinning set up last night...now i have to move fewer rods and reels to get to my stack of tackle boxs..
If quit smoking and my weekend case of beer, I'd have and extra 55 or so bucks everyweek... Man my shop would look crazy... I'd have to shop and stare at online tackle stores in my phone just to fight the cravings. If I quit my morning cup of coffee and a red bull every after noon at work, that total would come up to 75 bucks. If I quit going to the batting cage two times a week, I'd have a extra 15, bringing that total up 90 or so.
That's 360 plus or minus for the month, man.... It would probably go straight to the boat or tackle...
This was just a silly illustration of how mind works.
My wife posed the question, what would I do with the extra money if I quit smoking.... Tackle and gear.
Its a disease fellas....its a disease...
And the darn thing is, I still haven't quit any of those things... And my shop and boat still look crazy.
To answer the OP, yes, yes, and yes
I have an Ebay Shop which is not profitable, but at least it gives me a reason to buy tackle and pretend I am getting most of it for free(I lie to myslef), and sometimes I even make a few bucks as I get excited and will sometimes send extras if the guy or gal seems like a die hard fisherman. Problem is, I will order an assortment of 100 lures and when the box comes in, I take out all the best colors, sizes, and models for myself and then when I go on Ebay.....It seems everyone else is looking to get rid of those same Colors...Firetiger can be a tough sell, and so can Red Crawfish Patterns....I get stuck with alot of those, but I refuse to sell any lure when I pay a good price. One Day the 3 dozen Red Chili Bowl DD22's may win me a tournament, although I fish 20' of water rarely, actually never if I can help it......
I need help? Don't they have meetings for this type of behavior? In reality, I look at it as a healthy Hobby and my addictions could be much worse. I am a sucker for the new colors, Magazine articles, latest Technique......Still plan on Spybaiting soon, but if I ever need to throw a Duo Realis because the Spy Bite is on, I will be able to help a few guys out that day. No wonder my fishing partners only bring a few rods and reels, and maybe a pack of hooks......
I think it gets worse when you start to build/make your own lures. Not only do you have supplies for building but you start making color combos you probably won't use just to enjoy making them. I've got a thing for trying new hooks too so I end up with organizers of the latest ewg's to trebles to real fancy wacky hooks.
i'll admit i have a problem....but i love every second of it! i visit bass pro, gander mt, dicks,or academy atleast once a week ( it would help if i didn't have them all within 30 mins of my driveway), most of the time more. after 5 years my girlfriend doesn't even ask where we are going when we get on the interstate anymore lol.
When you start replacing new lures in the tackle box that have never touched the water with newer from that year it is a sign. Actually I am over the buying the latest and greatest phases but still buying discontinued lures from the 1980's that I like.
Allen
i think that this site is making me a tackle junkie, lol.
yeah i like that idea.....i will tell the wife its this sites fault.lol
If I were to fish only my plastic baits from now on; and I changed the bait every cast; I could fish every day for the next several seasons and not use it all. And yet, I just bought more.
I don't rightly know the technical term for this condition, I'm just glad I have it.

I have thinned out my tackle quite a bit over the years. I know what I like, what I need and what works around here. I won't be buying anymore tackle unless I need to replace them. I'll probably try some new baits here and there though.

In this area we use surgical tubes for barracuda, myself and a few other of my friends are total fanatics about catching them. Always buying components to make our own lures for them.

With Modern Medicine, you are going to live longer than you think....I suggest buying more Lures as I am afraid you may be selling yourself short. Are you sure you have enough Topwater lures?Walkers,Prop baits,Double Props,Rattle & Non Rattle,Poppers, Jitterbugs,Skirted Walkers and poppers, Buzzbaits,Floating Buzzbaits? What if they are Only Hitting the 1 color & Size of a certain brand or model lure you are using and you only have 2 and you break both of them off because you found a school of Lunkers?
Now....Lipless cranks, Suspending and Floating Crankbaits, Balsa and abs Hardbaits and Swimming plugs, Hooks, Terminal Tackle, Line, Soft Baits, Spinnerbaits...
In reality, I enjoy having way too much tackle, and I love running into kids when fishing a pond or lake and letting them each pick out a few lures and they always gravitate towards Live Target frogs, and Sebile Glitter Filled Lures, and they love any Segmented swimbait. It pays off in the end, as knowing the local kids who fish all the ponds allow you access to any lake or pond you ever wanted to fish.....Plus, some of these 14-17 year olds can flat out fish, and I recently met my future Tournament partner who is 15 and could be the next KVD.....You have to love it when he shows me a picture of a Bass that I quickly label "that could be a Ten pound fish?" and the response is simply, na, that fish was 7.5 at best, but I have pictures on my facebook of 10's I have caught in the same pond......We are making our 3rd trip to this pond again this evening & we make a bet before each trip that whoever gets the biggest fish based on the Rapala Formula gets to pick out any lure out of the others box.....I am hoping I win tongight as I am currently 0-2 and lost to a 8.8lb Bass he caught Flipping a Jig like a pro.....I thought I had both trips in the bag after catching solid 6lb fish to start the trip, but He is better with a Jig, and jigs catch bigger fish than my Swimbaits,Topwaters, and Punch Skirts brush hogs recently....

I'd have been boned a long time ago on that one.
I would say that neary 100% of what I buy to fish, I will actually fish. I buy a lot of collector stuff, though, too. There is probably 10 or 15 baits that I own that I haven't fished- that were bought that way. Plastics are the same. If I could buy Rage Craws by the thousand, I would. I buy most of my plastics in bulk, and will go through them often enough to justify it.
I can't stop buying plastic worms. I love buying them.
Since The beginning of Feb, I've been going through and trying to organize all the lures and worms I have. My wife is flat out amazed at the amount of tackle I have ( and so am I). Over the last few years I've been going to all the tackle shops within 100 miles of me (nice thing about riding motorcycles) at least once a week and going through all the clearance bins. I wouldn't buy everything in the bins, but I now have three guide series tackle boxes and about 15 of the Plano 3750 storage boxes of every color of the rainbow hard baits. over a hundred bagsof every brand of worm, craw, tube, fluke and creature. 3 boxes of spinners, two boxes of buzz baits. How much money I've spent since I started to bass fish is flat out sickening. I look at all the rod set-ups I have (well into the $2k range). All this just to catch a fish, that more than likely, I'm going to throw back into the lake (unless I know its going to die from the hook extraction). Yup! I would say I have crossed O.C.D. line and have no plan to turn back. I'm just going to have to get a bigger boat to carry all the "MUST HAVE" tackle.

That was sort of the same thing that happened to me. I was cleaning my stash and realized that I had way too much stuff and my girlfriend was saying the same to me. I sold all the lures/baits that didn't get any use for years and kept a few of the ones I liked. I still get that urge to buy stuff that I probably won't need.
When you purchase a NRX... Just to have a NRX
Today I went through all my tackle, integrating the new stuff over the past few months in both my tournament and every day carry bags (that statement right there says a lot). I was astounded by the amount of tackle. It was like watching a 650 lb. man eating an entire cake... it puts you off food for a while. I think it will be a time before I buy something new.
And that was just hard lures...

I've been toying with the idea of getting a new inshore outfit. I'm having a very hard time justifying as all my equipment is working perfectly. One day I want something new, the next day I ask myself what the hell do I need it for.

Collecting Cocaine would not be efficient...Storage & Display is often tough from what I understand, and losing or discovering that your collection was either gone or evaporated could be worse than worring about a chartruese grub getting wet & bleeding into your best soft plastics....
However, I think you would improve your night fishing Skills rather quickly, and I would suggest Investing in a Reel with a VERY SLOW GEAR RATIO before embarking on this possible collection....
To be serious, I am 100% addicted to fishing & Buying way too much tackle & gear and it is something my girlfriend is constantly discussing with me whenever I am home and not fishing or taking the dog to the park (Dog parks have great Ponds for Big Bass) and I really never hear what she is saying as I am usually focused like a laser on Google Maps looking for access points to the next "Secret Spot" that I scout & fish every morning before work.....But I get my fix even if the pond or lake is not any good because then I have all day at work to scout for a new lake or pond to fish after work.....And if I have a good week, I may score at night, and we all know how much fun a good night trip can be especially on new water when a double digit fish could explode on your next cast....Plus I explained to her that it Takes till Midnight for a Largemouth Bass to start feeding as their eyes take a long time to adjust, and on nights when there is a full moon, they flat out can't see until first light....
I am going to die alone as an old man with me, My dog, Fishing Gear.....and when I die, someone is going to probably get the score of their lives on craiglist.....I alway's feel guilty when I get a huge tackle lot off of craigs list as I feel the fishing gods are never happy with me when I start arranging all the lures, changing trebles etc....I have some Hardcore Bass Anglers looking down on me with scorn for sure as they would hate my custom paint jobs on their hard baits with a sharpie

Trust me on this one....It will not get any better unnless you somehow get hooked on something else to spend your money on....I have so much tackle that it gives me anxiety when I see it all, and I can easily fill a mini van with softbaits and lures...Rods and equipments are in storage units.....It all started when Sports authority closed down there fishing dept, and I was able to get 90% off of anything they had and I cleaned out 4 stores to "Make Money and Sell at Flea markets etc." I can't sell it, that would be stupid, I saved 90% on thousands of top quality lures, packs of line, Hooks, and the huge Offshore and Saltwater Lures that I never use were the best deal of them all on paper....d**n those bins that Gander, Bass Pro, Dicks, and all the liquidators put out so you are forced to peel back the top layer......wow, I am about to have a panic attack with all the money I have wasted, although I am sure I could actually still turn a profit if I could sell the stuff, but I can't...I love it, My tackle Display makes me an instant Champion when I step near the water!!!
Anyone reading this,.....start checking the buy and sell page on this site because I actually have to get rid of alot of stuff and am happy just getting cost for most of it, and some I will give away to some beginerrs I think. I don't have room to buy new stuff and stuff is getting obsolete even though it is still in original packaging....

when you have several old style drawer tackle boxs and you arrange them in a circle and move different types of lures from one to the other and then you remember you have several trays of hard baits you picked up in a trade on CL and drag those out and spend several hours doing it..

+1 when you feel you have to buy new storage for the stuff that never leaves the house. just didn't look right in that old box. my garage is 3700 city, and now i am getting tired of them and thinking about going bass mafia boxes. it never ends!
stopped at dick's and they were having a clearance on about 98% of their tackle. oh my, i should have never went in! 3700 and 3600 boxes on clearance, just couldnt help myself as the ten or so emptys i have now may just not be enough. LOL guess the coffin boxes will have to wait for a while, just purchased about 8 of the old shimano boxes time to re-organize- again! oh well there are worst vices to have i guess.
In the early years of our relationship, my girlfriend bought me a lure or two if she found them cheap at a garage sale. Now, she doesn't. I think she's fearful she's going to fuel the fire. Clearly, she thinks I have too much stuff. But out of fairness, I generally buy baits which are on sale and I have far less stuff than if I didn't put half of it back before I went to the cash register.
The sickness has spread to what I call "in-fishermanitis" where I now collect walleye, pike, and smallmouth baits. While I do go to Canada once a year, I must operate under the dillusion that I actually live there-or that I actually fish for walleye.
What I need now, more than anything, is a pack mule (or elephant) for carrying all my stuff and an assistant (kind of like a surgical nurse) who can tie on and hand me whichever rod/reel and bait I might "beckon" for. Maybe then might I begin to approach using all of my stuff.

Color: CHR/BLACK BACK
More info on the lure: "The Red Fin Minnow is a classic ''V-wake'' lure from Cotton Cordell that calls trophy bass to the surface. The Red Fin's hollow head design allows it to be twitched and worked on the surface like no other minnow lure. Quality components and a highly-detailed finish includes red markings to simulate gill plates add to the Red Fin Minnow's effectiveness."

Model BL5-BB: Genuine Balsa Wood, Classic Stick/Jerk Bait, 5", Dives 1-2 feet.
Color: Baby Bass
More info on the lure: "Jim Bagley’s first balsa bait - the Bagley BangOlure Jerbait is one of the original and most castable balsa stick bait on the market. Great as a surface lure, it will also dive down to 2 feet. Cast it, let it sit, and then rip it on the surface, the Bagley BangOLure has a wide, enticing wobble that bass can't resist."
(1) Bomber Long A B15 Shallow Diver Size: 4-1/2", 1/2 oz. (Floating) - $5.79
Color: Silver/White/Red
More info on the lure: "The long, slender profile and super-tight wiggling action of the streamlined Bomber Long A create a lifelike swimming motion. The internal rattles sound out in a loud rhythm to draw the attention of open water fish over long distances. Floats quickly while at rest to entice added strikes during a stop-and-go retrieve."
Megabass Vision 110 Squarebill Hook size #6 (Floating) - $24.99
(1) Color: GG. Gill
More info on the lure: The Megabass Ito Vision 110 Square Bill still delivers the uncanny fish catching ability of the original 110 - now with a square bill for unique, new action. The reinforced square bill bites into the water more effectively that the original bill, redistributing water flow along the belly for a sharper, wider darting capabilities. It also features the Megabass “muli-way moving balancer system” (PAT.P) for longer casting and optimal balance on the pause. Also a great choice for fishing in current, the 110 Square Bill generates a precise and delicate realistic action that bass can’t resist. Available in a wide range of the famous Megabass colors, the Megabass Ito Vision 110 Square Bill delivers proven Japanese performance that only the mind of master lure designer, Yuki Ito, could create.
Megabass Ito Shiner Hook size #4 (Suspending) - $25.99
(1) Color: GG. Perch
More info on the lure: Made with a slightly larger profile than the Megabass Vision 110, the Megabass Ito Shiner was originally developed to give Megabass prostaffers, Aaron Marten and Edwin Evers, a leg up on the competition. Now available to anglers all across the USA, the Megabass Ito Shiner is a serious threat to bass with its high-pitch rolling and erratic lunging action. Internally, the Megabass Ito Shiner is equipped with a tungsten weight-transfer system for increased casting distances, and 30% more side-to-side movement. Externally, the Megabass Ito Shiner is 5mm longer than the 110 and slightly taller, which gives it more surface area and, in turn, more flash. When you’ve got your limit and it's time to stop fooling around, tie on the Megabass Ito Shiner to put that money fish in the well.

Talonman - You're my hero!
Thanks!
How do u know?
When you sit down and seriously complemplate wheather to use your saved money for a new shallow water anchor AND two new HDS units
OR
Building your wife her dream kitchen ( new flooring, cabinets, countertops, refridgerator, and including taking down a wall to increase size of dining room).
I've been brewing on this one for two weeks....
I'm a tackle hoarder, a tackle junkie, a man hooked on fishing equipment. But a man who could fish for any species in my area in a minutes notice. I could lose my two stuffed tackle boxes and still be able to refill it three times over maybe more with what I have in-house. I have large boxes filled with bomber cranks, Norman cranks, plastics etc. I take my fishing very seriously. My tackle room is so stuffed I can just about walk in there. I drop 2k+ in a heart beat in a month on new tackle and equipment. There opening up a never fished water shed soon here for fishing. It's minutes from my house. I'm ready to go. I fill my kids tackle boxes too.
I wouldnt say I am a hoarder, I dont buy equipment because I like the stuff I buy it because I believe it will help me catch more and bigger fish. that being said I probably have enough gear to last about 5 years without ever going to a sporting goods store.

X2, Or when you purchase a lure you've never tried out in six different colors and sizes.
I don't seem to have any trouble getting rid of tackle till it comes to crankbaits. I have a good size plastic tub filled with dehooked CB's, most of which, never caught a fish. I would no sooner get my check cashed and I would head straight for the nearest Lures-R-Us store. Im surprised that they did'nt send a limo out to my house to pick me up. That was back in the early 90's and now that Im much older and somewhat wiser, I look at all my lure purchases with a critical eye. Still, I had a great time like any kid in a candy store would. Quite a few of those plugs are no longer in production so who knows, maybe some day they may be worth something. In the meantime, Im thinking of a CB Christmas tree this year. By the way, I also musky fish and had the same problem there.
Does buying 200 crank baits in the last 10 days count as a hoarder?
On 2/13/2014 at 8:28 PM, BuckMaxx said:Does buying 200 crank baits in the last 10 days count as a hoarder?
Yes, unless your on the BASS Elite trail and a reknowned crankbait fisherman!
Referencing another thread " are you fisherman", my answer is I must not be. I have no more than 15 or so lures scattered on table with no organization, few packs of plastics, 2 or 3 spinning outfits I use. I do fish 7 days a week, not that keep track of how many caught but I'm sure in a years time the totals add up, don't get skunked too often and I hardly ever use a plastic worm. Being in Florida I'm sure I've caught some decent sized ones as well. I don't horde, I lose something I just go replace what I've lost.
@talonman that's dedication to type all that up!
i don't know if this qualifies me but when I buy any lure I usually buy the lure in each size and colorright from the gate. Typically I fill a 360 box with a given lure because I buy each size and color. I don't know why I guess I figure myself for something of a collector as well, I don't care if a lure never goes in the water I like knowing I have em if the situation calls for it!

I am now keeping an active inventory of all my stuff...
My list is growing all the time.
Yeah, I'm starting to feel like a junkie! Itching to catch some bass!
When you go through the clearance bin at your local shop and buy 3 squarebills. Then you realize when you are putting them away that you bought them last time you were there.
If you still have a computer to see this thread, you're still ok.
After buying all the watermelon red baby brush hogs @25% off at Academy.
When you take over a room in your house and call it the tackle room and move the stereo in there so you can listen to music when you play I mean inventory your 3700 boxes and download an app to keep track of what you need so you can buy it the next time you go to Cabelas.......you might have a problem.
Or when you alternate going to the local tackle shops each day during your lunch break to make sure you haven't missed any new inventory...you may have a problem.
Or when you take over another room and turn it into your lure making room and buy an airbrush and all the accessories and start making lures every waking moment during the winter....you might have a problem.
But I call it passion, not addiction.
On 2/4/2014 at 6:33 AM, BigBassBarry said:What if you have a credit card designated to only Fishing purchases?
Hey when you get points to buy more tackle it's not a problem it's a solution!
how much fun is it when you get to go shopping in your garage every time you fish....I call it collecting!!!
When your buddies start calling you looking for baits instead of the tackle shops.
when you walk into a BPS to pick up 2 packs of plastics and some weights and when you get your total it's over $600.00. But I did justify to myself that I did need everything I picked up. I mean that reel was 40% off so had to get it and since I got a new reel I need a new rod to go with it.
You all are mental.
When you unload your boat for the winter and realize you need more shelf space. There's 2 milk crates behind the water heater filled with bags of soft plastics. Not as extreme as some of y'all but the sickness is real.
that just gave me a idea for my planos! .... To the OP when your friends come over and say you should open a tackle shop is when you crossed the threshold. According to all them, I've already done that. I just laugh and say trust me this isn't that bad compared to a lot of people. Now that I've decided to throw some bigger baits, they really shake their head. Once again I laugh and say this really isn't that bad compared to what some people throw. On 11/3/2014 at 8:16 AM, dam0007 said:that just gave me a idea for my planos! .... Doesn't one have to admit there's a problem before they define themselves as such?
I've got quite a way to go, though I'm off to a good start.....
^^^ exactly!
when there is no money in your wallet.
No one will ever know how many soft plastics are in my backpack :DD

And you start relying on plastic money...lol.
Hootie
Simplicity, simplicity, simplicity is key. At least for bank fishing.
All of my bass so far have come from a small backpack with two plano boxes of hard bait, three or four soft plastic packs, some hooks & weights, and a spinning rod. I'm currently purchasing a baitcaster, so that will be added to my arsenal, but I really don't foresee me getting too much more tackle except an occasional splurge on fishhound and stuff I need to replace.
I found a bag of Senkos in my sock drawer the other day......
I don't have room in my man cave for many more plastics.
I don't have room in my two dressers that I use for my hard baits to add to my collection.
The jig draw is so full that I can't put anymore pigs in the draw.
But the sales are coming soon so I just got to check them out.
When you spend two hrs in BPS and can`t find anything you REALLY need, but buy something anyway.
If my garage burned down, it would be a federal hazmat site.[plastics]
.I don`t buy lures because I like it,I do it because I HAVE to, for a fix.

When the local Bass pro shops is knocking on your door asking if you can sell a few tackle to help them re-stock the store.
I dont even want to begin to add up the money spent of fishing stuff. LOL
I don't know what yall are talking about! I use everything I have. Oh, those rods and tackle over there collecting dust? Don't pay any attention to that stuff.

Lord Almighty, this happened to me the last time I was in BPS! Last time I was there I walked around aimlessly trying to find something to buy. I had virtually everything I wanted. It was like that The Simpson's episode where Homer was in the steak eating contest and couldn't understand why he couldn't eat more steak (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BXMA3nSeg80).
I finally picked up a few bags of Senkos and a crankbait just so I could say I bought something.

This is classic!
I will never consider my self a tackle junky..
Some of you guys have way too much stuff! As you can see I have a minimum number of extra hardbaits just to get by.

Folks, we have a winner.

Game over?????
I don't think so. Just wait until I get my tackle box, AKA as a Tracker 175, out of storage be fore you declare a winner. I have that much EXTRA stuff that won't fit in it
Im not sure but if I find out ill let you know.

I sold my PT 175 and bought a X-18 Xpress just to have more storage space. Tracker was a great boat but I HATE to re-tie so I needed something that had more than 1 rod locker. Some days I miss the Tracker because in drafted shallower than the Xpress.
