What’s the line capacity?

Answer: Though I do not have the operations manual for this reel I was able to find a couple of sites that gave the line capacity for this reel at 12/135 (lb. test/yards). Hope this helps.

What hand orientation is this particular reel, pictures is a right handed reel but under orientation is states “left level” so unsure what is meant?

Answer: This is a LH reel shown and model number listed.

Does the left handed version come with a beetle wing side plate?

Answer: We have the one that's pictured and it has the wing side plate. Love this reel.

How many yard max on 15 lbs test line ( mono)?

Answer: It shows 135 yds of 12lb diameter. Which would be about 100 yds or 300 ft of 15lb test depending on which brand you go with. You'd have to translate the specific diameter conversion to have an exact answer but this should be a good ballpark estimate for you.

Do the left handed reel come with the beetle wing side plate?

Answer: I don't know because this is a gift for Christmas for our grandson
