This is goofed. what model is it? i imagine an "underspin". is it the 4u or 6u, etc??????????????????????????????????????????????????????

The picture shows it is a 6U but there is nothing in the product detail specifing line weight. Is this really a 6U?

Answer: This is SYN2Ti6U.　I purchased this.

What pound test is loaded on the reel at delivery

Answer: The TI 4 comes with 4 pound test mono and the TI 6 comes with 6 pound test mono line. Any other Shakespeare model I do not know

Does the reels come all sprung all already.

Is this a undermount with the long trigger or a thumb cast with a thumb button? The pics show it both ways

Bought for my 13 year old grand daughter. She mastered casting quickly and caught more fish than I did.

The cover does not go on/off easy. Line does not come off easy. Upgraded to new line and still have the same problem. Probably just a bad one this time. I’m normally satisfied with my Shakespeare equipment

Been fishing since I was 3 I’m 40 this reel is Complete junk the only reason I see someone making this product is to deliberately rip you off. It doesn’t not release all to cast or would hang up after letting about 15ft out and only got worse as I struggled to find out why. Eventually lost my temper rod and reel destroyed as a result. Don’t buy this Garbage.

I bought this reel for a catfish pole. Unfortunately it is a micro reel and would only be good for a bluegill pole. It seems to be well made and weight.

We took these reels to Roaring River State Park in Mo. Neither lasted a half a day. The line keep getting caught up in the reel. We have had good luck with Shakespeare in the past. I would not purchase these again.

Line clicker broke near immediately with a small plastic piece of it falling inside the reel and keeping the trigger from working properly. We're talking a tiny piece of metal smaller than the top of a pencil eraser. That said, once I removed it and reassembled the reel, it's working quite well. But it's a good budget reel for a kid to learn how to cast a typical spinning reel.
