How do we return this product? We used them on our fishing trip to Galveston and they back lashed almost everytime we cast.

how does this compare to the Concept TX2?

Answer: The concept tx2 is heavier and a bit larger. I like it but I prefer the concept c2 by far it fits my hand better and cast better. I have 5 C2s and am ordering another one . I also have 15 concept As which I really like. For the money they are a great buy????

This is a great reel for the money. It’s as smooth as silk , light, quiet and great casting. I have 10 reels by 13 fishing and love them all the only problem I’ve had with them is that I have to replace the level wind pins around the 3rd year of heavy use, but for about $1.00 each it’s not bad.
