I had to return it because reeling the line was dragging even without anything at the end.
plus, it had too much line.

Broke !!!! Tossed it in the grass to take my fish off and picked it back up and the handle was broken off.... wow!! Came with too much line on it but after throwing it off enough It casted nicely and work till the handle snapped off!!

Can't imagine all Slab Shakers like this... but, when I turned the crank (handle), it was not smooth. I found it had several positions that felt like it dragged (no line out). Had to return it and am not chancing a replacement.
