Mike at Siebert Outdoors is first class! I contacted him here on the site after I visited his website, but was absolutely overwhelmed with all my options! I asked him about creating me a little assortment of jigs as I intend on really getting more comfortable with the jigs this year. I wanted a little bit of everything, different hooks, different heads, different skirts, etc. I sent him a little wish list and the price range I was trying to stay in and he was happy to help make it happen! All I had to do was sit back and wait every day for them to show up and yesterday was the day!! I got home to find the finest quality craftsmanship I’ve seen on a jig! The assortment was awesome and the detail on the work is incredible. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the products and the service Mike provided! If anyone else had that overwhelmed feeling when browsing his site I’m certain you could give him a shout and have him help you out.
I absolutely cannot wait to get that bluegill swim jig in the water, that thing looks phenomenal!!
Thanks Mike!
Siebert Outdoors makes great jigs. I caught my first jig fish with his arky head and since then 99.99% of my jigs come from Mike.
He is definetly 1st class . I'm pretty new to bass fishing , and am not very familliar with Jigs so every time I'm ready to order something from him I'll always send him a PM about a certain Jig or product, and what would be the best for my fishing conditions. He's always quick to reply, and always points me in the right direction. I already have his Stocking stuffer special, and I'm waiting on an order of swim jigs and Fogys right now. Can't wait to start trying them out. Thanks Mike
His jigs catch fish. Great workmanship, lots of variety in both shapes and colors, and he is "hands on" answering questions.
Mike is signed up for the RoadTrip. Come meet him at Wilson Lake!
well d*m i thought i was special
no he was great, very ready to answer my questions and was so easy to work with. i don't think i intend on buying jigs elsewhere now that i know what good looks like! even the wife who is tackle and fishing illiterate said to me as i pulled them out of the packaging, "oooooh those look nice"
maybe one day i'll turn that "fashionista" into a "fishinista" with the help of some "glamorous" siebert jigs
Siebert jigs are definitely incredible. I got into jig fishing late last year, and I admit I had a few cheaply built ones. This winter I got several (and a couple more will be here tomorrow). I think I've got a lot of color combinations covered, with a few others in there for good measure.
The quality is superb. I'm ready to get em' wet!
Ive got a nice little box of them waiting in the mail box for me today. Good thing too, Tuesday I donated a full share to the timber I was fishing....
I had Mike craft up some jigs for me in specific color and material requests that were not on the website at the time. He did so without any reservation and with little to any delay in turnaround time. Have shared emails and a few phone calls with him over the last year and it was like talking to a friend.
Mike does a great job and will go out of hiw way to ensure customer satisfaction. Truly a top-notch standup guy no doubt! One of the better sponsors on here no doubt.

I feel your pain. I have donated countless swimjigs to pike before. It made me re-evalute how many of my go-to colors to keep on hand. Anything less than 8-10 seems like I am running low.
you know i'm also picking up from this thread that the guy works his ___ off......
His bluegill is the best I have ever fished!
I tie my jigs on his heads
Mike's jigs are absolutely first class. His attention to detail is something you just do not find with the big companies. I have ordered many of his jigs and love them. He did a special order for me of all rubber jigs that are awesome in the cold water. Hopefully they will stick something tomorrow at Pickwick!
Obviously, the guy's jigs are first class. But, what should be emphasized again is the time that Mike is willing to spend with someone to educate them and, thus, get them what they need. As someone who reached out to him before I started jig fishing, I am especially thankful for his service. I'm a better angler (and better equipped) for it.
I got a couple of his tungsten jigs for xmas. I just ordered some more from him a few days ago. They are very nice jigs. I wonder if I am the only one in RI using them.

i would doubt that i'm the only guy around GA throwing them now…. sounds like he's got a lot of serious customers!
I own a couple different jig styles from Siebert but all I buy now is the Dredge Football Jig. I love that hook!! Caught 4 today using the 3/8 oz Sweet Craw.
Picked up 20+ of these beauties last month. Now just waiting for the water to soften up. This winter has been BRUTAL!

Ha! After this one most will seem mild. We are 18" over average in snow with our snowiest month ahead of us yet. Lakes will be coming up this spring for sure. Brutal was a good description for up to last month, have gone well past brutal now.
Thank you every one!!!!! I really enjoy hearing the feedback and how much everyone enjoys my product. I can not thank everyone enough!!
Thank you
Mike
As a good friend of Mike's I can say he works very hard at making these top quality jigs and pours a lot of time and care into each order. He has had to pull a lot of late nights and weekends getting orders together and always with a smile.
Mine were supposed to be delivered yesterday, stupid mailman didnt leave them. He better leave them today, or its his ass!
haha, yea, I like his stuff, he has made me a special color spinnerbait that is really working for me here in NC. I just ordered some jigs this evening from him as well. Cant wait to use them.
Nice jigs, ill be ordering a few soon hopefully as well
I'd love to have "combos" picked by him. Three jigs and a matched Rage Tail craw color sold as a package. Heck, I'd pay extra for that. I'm tired of bringing his jigs into the store to try and match to the perfect Rage color.
Maybe I should just buy one of every color of Rage craws...

That's a good Idea, I can never find a good match for a trailer. I normally resort to a rage craw in Big Tex or for Black and Blue.
Waiting for my first order to come in and placed another small order today with a t - shirt
Post a review after you fish the jigs. I have been very happy with Mike's jigs!

Pm me I can make you up a kit as your talking about. All of the Rage Tail I sell I have built jigs in my line up to match them. I make quite a few kits up for guys.
Kits are one of my things on the "list" to add to the website. Right now I'm adding Tungsten flipping weights and Bullet weights and some other Terminal Tackle. Then off to the kits.
Just got my tracking number today for my jigs and couldn't help but notice it was shipped priority 2 Day AND had $50 of insurance on it. Now that is awesome and doesn't happen often. They'll be here Monday and are my first jigs from him. Can't wait! Thanks Mike!

For the sake of my daughter's college fund Mike, please don't add kits to the website!
Ha, just kidding. I'll keep it under control.....maybe.....

Great, now I can buy all my jigs, and tungsten at the same time!
MIke,
The extreme shakey head yesterday was on point! I caught dozens of fish on them or should I say two of them (I lost one) and they lasted fish after fish. The hook is very easy to set considering it is a heavier gauge hook and the point never rolled or dulled. The paint on the heads didnt even chip and it was put through the rocks on many casts. I've already got over 150 of your extreme's and already thinking about getting another order. Excellent job on these ones!
