Answer: I don't know what is broking but depending on when you brought it , the reel has a 3 year warranty for parts. if you registered your reel it shouldn't be a problem in getting the parts to fix it.

Where do i find the peice that holds the knob on the handle first time i used it it came out and fell in the water so now the knob wont stay on.

Answer: Maybe off an old reel or ask around see what you can come up with

This thing is a beast! Hands down the best reel I ever purchased under $100. Cranked a couple of 15+lb ling cod and a 20+lb wsb so far and it hasn't even flinched I'm ready for a real test when the tuna come around. My only quip is that it's a bit heavy to hold for an extended period of time but hey maybe I need to work out. Loaded it with kastking 80lb at first and kastking did NOT live up to it's name. Reloaded with 80lb Daiwa j-braid x8 and now it's smooth as eggs.

If I could give less stars I would. The bale won’t open all the way and if it does it snaps back and you lose your setup when you cast out. Wish I could return but by the time I was able to use it, it was too late. Will never use the reel again.

Smooth action, casts well, good value only issue is the line can sometimes bird nest behind spool, have to pull the spool to clear it

Out of all my reels this has to be the smooths action I have ever seen. Reeling it in as fast as you can turn the handle. For each turn is 2.3 x1 evolution, the spool can hold a hundred and fifty plus yards (150yrd) or more and I have 50lbs test braid that works very well on it than mono. This baby belongs on a 12' to 15' foot surf rod easy. I think I will surprise my brother with one of this as a gift.
