Fished with the reel a few times this season and I like it. Smooth reel. But watch the drag. Make sure it’s tight enough. Love how the crank folds in by the push of a button .

I ice fish a ton and this is one of my favorite reels for light line. I mainly target Colorado trout. One of my favorite features is the handle button to collapse the handle. I use a rod case now and this makes it easy to store my gear.
