Answer: I‘m sorry that we can not provide ALIEN 2000 with gear ratio 6.0:1 at present. The gear ratio for ALIEN 1000 and 2000 is 5.4:1, meanwhile the gear ratio of ALIEN 3000 and 4000 is 6.0:1 .

This reel is outstanding! Beyond getting the “bang for your buck”, this reel can hang with the big boys for half the price! From durability , to every specific detail that you want in an ultralight reel. I can say without a doubt that I’ve landed more of those pressured, “finicky” fish that are so elusive when the setups not right. Adding this reel would be icing on the cake to any drop shot/lightweight setup and it will hold its own!

dbm101 : 1000 is Nice light reel for the money

I bought this to replace a 25 year old Shimano 2000, This isn't the cheapest reel on Amazon, probably because it has SS bearings. So far so good, I have caught about 10 small mouth bass on it and it works great and it is smooth and looks good. The anti-reverse is very tight. I hope it last for years but only time will tell....
