Choose one lure. You can only have one. If you had to fish every day for the rest of you life with just ONE lure, what would it be?
Me, I'd say a 3/8 oz. White/Chartruese Spinnerbait with a #3 silver colorado, a #6 gold indiana, and a red 1/0 trailer hook.
I'll second that!!!
Pumpkinseed Senko.
Green pumpkin w/ red flake senko.
6" or 8" worm, junebug
Make mine a tube. You can T-rig it, and fish it like a jig, or a worm. You can weight it internally, to get a nice spiral on the drop. You can rig it weightless, with a piece of foam inside, to fish it as a topwater. And, you can swim it. Very versatile bait.
Cheers,
GK

Mattlures Bluegill.
I'm a quality over quanity, size over surplus sort of guy.
watermelon jig with brown paca chuck trailer
It would have to be a buzzbait. I know a worm might be better, but fishing a worm everyday could get boring if you are not that patient.
A jig.
I would say a Zoom Trick Worm t-rigged in watermelon green. I might have to sneak an X-Rap or a Shad Rap in my pocket. It would be difficult to go without them.

watermelon seed zoom MAG II
I would save a bunch of money and frustrate the bait monkey, but, here goes:
3/8 oz. White/Chartruese Spinnerbait with willow leaf blades and a trailer hook
Eddie
As much as I love my senko's, I'd go with a green pumpkin tube. As mentioned before, tubes are truly versatile. Swim em', jig em', deadstick em', float em', carolina rig em', heck, you can even rig em' backwards. Just look at this month's BassMaster mag.
mine would be the berkley 5in. power hawg. black/blue for my lake
Berkley Gulp! 3" fry, junebug....It is my "go to" lure in any conditions...rigged wacky, t-rigged on #1 or #2 widegap hook.
My hand made black jig with zoom flippin blue trailer.
