well played sir..well played
If I had to start with 10 and branch out:
1. Bag of 5'' Yum dingers in watermelon/red flake because they work everywhere
2. Bag of Berkley bottom hoppers in Junebug because you can fish it faster than a weightless dinger (with a 1/8 oz. weight on the bottom hopper)
3. 6" zoom lizards in black grape Or green pumpkin because they're versatile (hop it for finicky fish and swim it for active ones)
4. 1/8 oz. blue fox vibrax in gold or silver because it will catch fish anywhere (bass, trout, panfish, etc)
5. Crappie jigs, 1/16 or 1/8 oz. in white because it will catch fish anywhere
6. KVD 2.5 in sexy shad or bluegill (natural bream?) because it's tough to beat this in a pond with a lot of rocks
7. Bomber square a (or other small squarebill ) in sexy shad because it might get bit when the 2.5 won't
8. 3/16 oz pond magic or mini king spinnerbait in white because it fishes better than the squarebills around weeds and snags
9. Rebel Pop r or magnum Pop R in black/silver back because it's hard to beat on a summer evening
10. Bill Lewis rat l trap, 1/4 oz, in the classic chrome and blue back because it can work when the other hardbaits wont
as you can probably tell, I fish a ponds and small lakes. These lures let me cover the top, middle, and bottom really well
Senko
Double tail hula grub-
Fat ika
Rapala x-rap
Rapala jointed shad rap
Rapala original floater

4. Spinnerbait
5. Buzzbait
6. Hollow body frog
7. Popper
8. Straight tail worm
9. Stick bait

This is tough. They'd be different if I was hungry and needed to catch fish to eat.
No particular order.
