I just wanted to let everyone know a spring sale is coming, I have been trying to get a large retail order out while being sick for what seems like an eternity, I was shooting for the first week of March on the sale , but that isn't going to happen, I am now shooting for the second or third week in March. I will be loading up my bargain bin with twin packs of jigs, spinnerbaits, hair jigs, plastics, and one off stuff that I have meant to get rid of for along time. The bargain bin items will be heavily discounted and the br10 code will still be active throughout the sale. The good thing about doing the sale this way is bargain bin items will be in stock and there will be no waiting on shipping for these items!

You won't be disapointed, I can almost promise you that. I've been putting off ordering a few of the new colors posted recently because my jig boxes are getting pretty full, but here is my chance/excuse to get it done . I'll be anxiously waiting

The premier Jigs look very good, but how do you guys match trailer color on them. They looks good, but I think might be a bit hard to match it up with the same color trailer? I am wondering what do you guys use?

Matching the trailer to the skirt color is a good way to start, but it isn't always as important as what some people would have you believe. For the most part, I try to match them up, but there are a few combos I use that are very succesful and do not match up at all. My personal favorite is a green pumpkin trailer on a PB&J (Brown and Purple) colored jig. Most of my other jigs are color matched with the trailer just for simplicity sake, but don't be afraid to slap on a trailer that doesnt match the jig. You might find out something that most other anglers on that water don't know

I weighed in some heavy sacks of smallmouth last fall with the help of a Northstar Hairy Craw jig. I even had a few people trying to buy them off me.

I'd love to see a long arm spinnerbait added to the lineup...

They go to your junkmail/spam box, which is why I've never seen one either. I didn't even realize I was getting them or that they included specials, until I searched my spam box after reading RiverRat's earlier post.

I am not really sure, I use a service and they send them out for me. for those that get the emails the offers are always on the bottom of the pages, its something I just started the 1st of the year but I am going to keep it going so keep your eye out for them!

Here is a little update on the sale, I have alot of the sale items complete ready to roll, I however have alot of the sale items in various stages of finish. We are still going on with the sale, I will be turning off the store today and loading up the bargain bin. The Store will be turned on at 7:00 am Central time 3/18/2011 all sale items are considered instock and have a limited quantity (quantity available will be shown with item) so if you want something buy it otherwise it will be gone later!

Actually, I really would, but I'm the only one that does what I'm doing and have deadlines and the later I come in the more screwed I am and could possibly get stuck there later than 3.

People can take stuff out of your order if its in your cart???..... i know it was while supplies last but i had some stuff in my cart then kept browsing the bin and came back and my cart would "update" to zero but it said the quantitites were fine before... the longer i was browsing the more stuff that would get taken out of my cart... so i hurried and just placed my order of whatever was left in my cart

I am experiencing that as well, I had over 10 packages in the cart then contiune to shop. By the time I am ready to check out, 6 packages disappeared this is so not kool!!! >

This is the first real world "test" of the inventory management system, it worked good for everything else, but apparently not when there is a ton of people browsing. I am going to put up a twin pack sale and make it open ended for premier jigs and pro jigs but they will not be finished and will increase ship times, if you already placed an order you can go ahead and reorder what ever you missed out on and don't worry about the shipping, just select free shipping for orders over $50.

The pro and premier twin packs are up, they are at the bottom of the page, I am going to treat them like a back order so the rest of your order doesn't get delayed in shipping. So the rest of your order will ship like normal, and the out of stock twin packs will ship when they are complete.

These twin packs are only going to be up for today though, after today there shouldn't be as many "problems" cause the sale will slow down

I had that this am too. I planned to fill up my cart past $50 with Wacky jigs at the end; but they started disappearing from my cart and I couldn't add more. Oh well. I'm happy with what I got; especially the Alimony color! Thanks again NorthStar.

I am pretty much guarantying a win on this one, I tested it all of last year and had great results, especially on smallies, but its a great ds bait all around.

Too bad I couldn't find any spinnerbaits in the bargain bin! Then again your spinnerbaits were a great deal to begin with so no biggie. I would've bought some jigs from there but decided to get some heads to tie myself since I've been experimenting with silicone and mylar (the flashabou stuff) strands.

That page pretty much explains your payment options, its all paypal but you do have the option to paying with a Credit or debit card without having a paypal account. You can also send a Money Order.
