What is your absolute true confidence bait that you have tied on at all times in the fall?
Rapala Countdown CD7 1/4oz black/silver. This bait is a work-horse.
1/2oz football jig with structure bug for a trailer. Hope it, drag it, or swim it. Year round go-to!
kvd squarebill crankbait 1.5 gizzard shad color. Its caught me tons of bass and peacock bass as well.
Fall transition everything can work.
My go to lure year around is a jig so it's always tied on.
Structure spoons and line thru tail spins are my preferred shad school lures.
Swimbaits and deep diving crank baits get a lot work.
Always fishing soft plastic worms so it's tied.
Lots of stuff to choose from, don't get into a rut, be versitile!

Anything that imitates a shad
I will be throwing my A-rig alot in october
My square bills and jigs tend to get the most action in fall.
Jig and a lipless crank!
I always have a Seibert jig and use GYBC DT grubs for trailers. I've played with trailers a lot and actually have a giant dislike for Senkos, but the DT grubs have been so reliable for me. And I always have a Ned rig available.

Definitely, The Rig.
Some type of walking topwater followed by a soft plastic jerkbait.
Shad rap
Silver buddy style blade baits
Suspending jerkbait, kvd 1.5 and 2.5 squarebill, and when all else fails the ned rig.
Lipless bait, square bill crankbait and as water cools a jerkbait.
t-rigged worm,punchin rig,bomber long-a jerkbait. not in that order.
I like the jointed shad raps. with a slow rip and pause technique. The SK shadlicious swimbait on a keel weighted hook. And also a spoon. Just the simple yo-yo retrieve with the right spoon can be deadly. On all game fish. Especially in fall.
Moving baits; buzzbait, spinnerbait, bladed jig, trap, squarebill, spook, and jerkbait. Covering water is usually key.
Lipless and shallow running crankbaits, spinnerbaits and bladed jigs.
3/8oz arkie jig with a z-craw trailer
Black cavitron buzzbait and a lipless crank
Lipless and rooster tail
Bass Patrol Silicone Football Jigs 1/4 Oz. and 3/8 Oz. As a trailer I like to use a 3" or 4" Berkley Powerbait Chigger Craws in Green Pumpkin, Pumpkin Green Flake, Watermelon or Watermelon Candy...
Mann's 12 in jelly worm in blackberry color.
Strike king black and chartreuse white buzzbaits,,,, blue black chatterbait with June bug pit boss trailer,,,,
As of now it's a green pumpkin colored jig with green pumpkin twin tail grub trailer. Caught 3 in 10 minutes the other day. They all hit it hard and they were my first 3 jig bass.
Year round my biggest confidence bait is a Texas rigged worm.
Then a lipless crank.
Spinner bait.
If o only had three that's them but I use a number of others,
Fall is a toss up
Jelly Worms but they are tied on all year .
Jig, squarebills, and spinnerbaits!
T rigged Zoom Shakey Tails in gp or june bug.
Gold/Black back Rat L Trap 1/2 oz
weightless Zoom Super Fluke jr in White Ice
