I hardly used spinnerbaits or chatterfrogs this past year. The year before, they were my best producers. Their place in the list is a sentimental choice.

A good mix of fun to fish and livewell fillers...
1. 5" Watermelon/Pearl laminate Dinger or Trick Stick. This above every other lure in my box.
2. LC RC 1.5 Copper Perch. This thing cast a mile, has great action, and crawls through laydowns better than the bass themselves.
3. 3/16 oz. Strike King Redeye spinnerbait, White. I hate buying Strike Kings, but you can't argue with this or their 1/8 oz. Firetiger buzzbaits.
4. 1/4 oz. Heddon Torpedo, Leopard Frog. Torpedos are some of the best topwaters available IMHO, and I will always leave a spot for 'em in my box.
5. 1/4 oz. Worden's Roster Tail, White. Rooster Tails will catch any fish you care to mention, from Bass and Muskie to Cats and Carp, and I've yet to find a color that will not catch fish.
My 5 would be:
1. Watermelon Dinger
2. Bluegill shallow crankbait
3. Brown tube
4. Red craw lipless crankbait

Yes, indeed.
3/4 oz GMAN jigs with Rage Tail Craw as trailer (difficult to limit oneself to one jig size though)
Senko style worm
Rage Tail Anaconda
3/8 oz spinnerbait with willowleaf and colorado blades (changing to one colorado depending on conditions)
Lucky Craft Pointer 100 DD
Keep in mind, I mainly fish for smallies:
1. Spinnerbait
Anything of good quality, willow leaf (silver or
gold), white with some chartreuse and orange.
2. Tubes
3.75-4", black/blue, brown, green
3. Senko
Yum 4-5", white/green
4. Rapala X-Rap
Any of them kick @$$
5. Worm
Yum Paddletail 6", brown.
Frog - have to have a top water and it has to be weedless, in this case River2Sea
Jig w/trailer - because I can fish it on the bottom, swim it, punch it, etc
Crankbait - Either an XCalibur XR 75 or a Yozuri Rattlin' Vibe (both lipless so I can target the entire water column)
Senko - 5" Green Pumpkin/Watermelon
Drop Shot - because it is so darn effective in clear water
