Dwight : Reel good, packaging not so much...first one DOA

Price was good for a reel with built-in line counter. I received my first one and it arrived non-functional. You would spin the handle but nothing would happen. Received the next one and it worked great out of the box. The only disconcerting thing is that they arrive plainly in an unsealed plastic bag, some ill-fitting cardboard, and an instruction manual. Reel boxes were also really banged up. Definitely seems like there should be more "professional" packaging and both times, I felt as if it had been gone through previously before it came to me. Not even an included Daiwa sticker for my Yak...
