How do i get warranty service. had to wait over a month for the rod. first time out will not release drum. can't cast.

Answer: Its adjustable up and down like normal drags , but iam not happy with the drag it sucks, fishing reel is great but drag system is not very good .

Answer: It's a very nice little reel but internals are very tiny .you can adjust the drG preset for more or less drag .in my opinion don't overwork it and it will serve you well

Answer: There are no plastic components in this reel everything is stainless except the drag discs. Body and frame are cnc aluminum. There are several tear down videos on you tube that go over the internals. I have 7 of these reels and there bullet proof. Reels in the 400 dollar price point and higger struggle to get this reels performance.

Answer: The product I ordered the handle is on the right hand side. You would want to look for a LH model if they make them. This little reel is really solid for the price.

I love my new reel. I having many reels and this was bought to fish in Boston for sea bass and porkies. It really out performed my expectations and al my friend now want one. The power and ratio per crank brought the fish up fast. I would definitely purchase again

So poorly made. I can't even unscrew all of them because screws are damaged already. Releasing line mechanism is also horrible it goes down so slow. I would not recommand to anyone

Spool will not release. Worked when I spooled it. First cast it will not release. Drag knob will not turn in either direction. I contacted Gomexus and sent the reel back. They have a new one on the way.I am changing the RATING JUST BECAUSE OF THE EXCELLENT SERVICE. Thank you Sara. Will update again to 5 if the reel last this time.

The reel is very well made. My only complaint is the reel is too small for my drop rig. The reel advertises 9 +1 ball bearings but doesn't feel that smooth. My Trinidad is much smoother but, of course, it cost twice as much. My guess is it needs disassembled, cleaned, and relubricated. If I did this I would probably have parts left over. Returning the reel only because it is too small. Would be a great bay reel.

This reel is total junk. 1st use it fell apart and pieces fell overboard. Got a replacement and replacement fell apart in my kitchen while I was spooling the line on it. Stay away. Dosen't deserve 1 star but you have give it a star to review it. Like something you would get in the dollar store.

Very solid, great looking reel. Holds plenty of line. It was quite a bit smaller than expected though. Probably my fault. I haven't used it yet but I have tied it around 100 lb daughters waist and had her try to walk away. Drag held very well.

Update: Have taken it fishing a few times. It is very difficult to set drag now. Does not click when line is being taken off during run. Still clicks when reeling in. Not sure what problem is will try customer service.
