How do i get warranty service. had to wait over a month for the rod. first time out will not release drum. can't cast.

Answer: Its adjustable up and down like normal drags , but iam not happy with the drag it sucks, fishing reel is great but drag system is not very good .

Answer: It's a very nice little reel but internals are very tiny .you can adjust the drG preset for more or less drag .in my opinion don't overwork it and it will serve you well

Answer: There are no plastic components in this reel everything is stainless except the drag discs. Body and frame are cnc aluminum. There are several tear down videos on you tube that go over the internals. I have 7 of these reels and there bullet proof. Reels in the 400 dollar price point and higger struggle to get this reels performance.

Answer: The product I ordered the handle is on the right hand side. You would want to look for a LH model if they make them. This little reel is really solid for the price.

The reel seems like it would be good, nice gear ration, felt good, looked nice. However it just wasn't strong enough for what I needed it for.

Steve : A couple disappointing things. Good inshore reel

Nice little reel. I love the size of it but I have a few concerns about it. The foot is extremely thin and held to the body with 2 welded pins. Also there is no reel seat clamp I feel that if the manufacturer is going to continue to make this reel with a thin skinny foot then there should be a clamp to help secure the reel to the rod. This reel would be excellent for inshore fishing for bluefish, flounder, seabass ect ect, but I would have a hard time trusting in the foot construction hooked up to a big AJ or tuna

To some it up the reel is made very well, the only complaint I have is that the fishing line get stuck in the wheel of the Spool. Save your money and buy a better reel.

I used this reel once, what I mean by that is I dropped the line 90 feet down and that was it, reel broke and couldn't even reel the sinker up, take my word dont spend your money on garbage and on top of all that right out of the box it sounded like the gears ware grinding

drag system is junk. turned the drag by hang then with screw driver. as tight as i could get it and a bluegill can run the line out. used once and never again. very disappointed!!

I was so happy to receive the Gomexus LX50 jigging reel. I fitted new fishing braid line and went fishing.
First drop of my lure, the line tangled inside the gear box and could not take the line out...
That was the end of day of fishing... NOT HAPPY...
Came back home and trying to remove the gear box cover, so I can take off line. But the screws holding the cover was damaged and so I couldn't take it off...
I can't use it anymore..
VERY DISAPPOINTING....

I bought this to go after gag grouper in Florida. The drag completely failed and the reel would just free spin. I do not recommend. Completely unreliable.
