I met John that day when they were wrapping up and getting ready to go. Good to meet up with him in person, super nice guy.
As I told John as he was leaving - these guys don't know it but you're the famous one around here. I guess his fame is expanding now

I was stationed at Fort Drum in upstate New York and man it is cold up there. I would of been more impressed if you guys would have done it in January.????

As a network administrator I can totally relate. Stuck behind the desk all day. Worse part is, when I ask my co-workers/vendors what they did over the weekend, its usually like "oh, I built a mock network at home using old routers and servers that I've been collecting"...and I'm like, yeah.....my weekend was nothing like that, hahaha.
