Sebile Ghost Walker & Sebile ***
They have the best walk the dog action I've seen and with very little effort. The Ghost Walker is silent and the *** has lots of noise. I like the Natural Shad Color.
Amazing Action!!

Zara Spook baby bass color.

Zara Super Spook Jr.
Years ago it was the Creek Chub Plunker in an olive color. When I took up fishing again last year, it was disappointing to see they are no longer available.
There are similar lures available, but the rear of them is convex, rather than concave as seen in the photo.
Smithwick Devil's Horse
Black Jitterbug,Spook,Pop'R thats all I need!
Clean water-Pop-R or Buzzbait.
Slop- Snagproof Bobbys Frog.
I love every one of my topwaters. Can't Choose a favorite. One thing that's different about me, I sort my baits by what rod and reel I throw them with, not by type, so there are no buzzbaits in my "TW/Jerk/Frog" boxes. My brain doesn't even register a buzzbait as a TW, even though I know it is.
Some of my favorite topwaters:
Sammy
Gunfish
Spook
Super Spook
Spit 'n Image
Devil Horse
Chug Bug
Pop-R
Heddon Wooden Basser
Heddon Wooden Lucky 13
Mini Slammer
Bass Oreno
Jitterbug, both solid and broke back
Pop - R or Soft plastics fished weightless(mostly lizards) ran on top of the water.
Honeybuzz
The Original Heddon Spook and a Mann's Elite Waker...if you count it....some people don't
Sammy or Spook
Cavitron Buzz Bait or a Lucky Craft Sammy.
Later,
buzzbait, pop r's and broken back minnows (floating) fished slow
LC Sammy and Gsplash.
I replace the rear treble with an Owner feathered treble hook on the Sammy.
B
crock-o-gator buzz bait, lucky craft kelly J, black dog baits lunker plunker.
Sammy
Baby Torpedo
Sammys and Ricos
Buzzbait, Baby Torpedo, and Mann's Chug'n Spit.
Pop-R especially after a long..................... pause... SLAM. I can hear the Jaw's theme music now, but any top water bite is awesome.
Cavitron Buzzbait
Zara Spook
lobina rico
Stanley Ribbit Frog!!!
River2Sea bully wa....black with yellow head
I've probably caught more fish on the Heddon Lucky 13 than any other top-water. But since last season, I've been taken with the Ima Roumba. This bait is the bomb-digity. If you haven't tried one, give one a whirl. A little expensive, but fished over submerged grass, it draws the blowups.

Lucky Craft Sammy and SPRO bronze eye frogs.

I was SO close to buying one of these but instead went with the LC Kelly J Prop Bait. Still going to try and get one though next time I make a purchase online.
- SPRO Bronzeye Frog
- Rapala Skitter Pop
- Original Floating Rapala
- Lunker Lure Buzzbait
- LC Sammy
I forgot about frogs and toads, too - they are in a whole 'nother category, like buzzbaits for me, so I forget to mention them as well. For Frogs I like:
Spro
Bigfoot
Snagproof
Basyrisky
Scumfrogs
FROGS FROGS FROGS!
Believe it or not, Wal Mart buzzbaits. They are $1 and usually on the bottom rack. Buy a few, not all of them spin correctly. Because of that, I found that by bending the blades at more of an angle, some of them will make a wicked loud whistling noise and when I could get that to happen, watch out baby, those bass get mad as hell.
Rapala originals, straight and jointed
Another vote for the 'lowly' Pop R :
I had found a Pop R at the lake that someone had lost. All of the color had been bleached away by the elements, leaving it an off white color that resembles ivory. Replaced the hooks and split rings, now it's an absolute killer. I just may stock up on a few and hang them on the fence for the summer so I will always have one.
I have caught more bass on a buzz bait than all other topwater lures combined, but I really like fishing a Devil's Horse.

The wooden version of these were excellent. But are hard to get now the lure collectors are buying them.
My Bullfrog Zara Spook. I like my Sammy alot also. The Sammy sure is easier to walk.
Falcon
Black Jitterbug and the Pop-R.
