Was anybody's order left at the facility within the past few days? It updated on my tracking last night at 1036 and said it was and I haven't heard ANYTHING since.
Should I be concerned?
About what? I don't understand much of what you wrote....TW has never been the fastest kid on the block...or even close....if you got charged, you'll get your stuff....if you don't, then call TW....nobody here can help you with your order
Considering there was a national holiday 2 days ago, and there being a 15% sale over the entire weekend, I wouldn't get my panties all in a bunch on only the second business day after all of that.
I don't know what your tracking says, but it could also be the shipping provider who is backed up as well. If you have a legitimate concern, I would call TW.

The sales combined with holidays causes backups.
If the scheduled delivery date hasn't changed, I would not worry about it. I placed an order Tuesday before the deadline. Shipped today, arrives at my door on Friday. I paid the extra $5

What did the vendor tell you when you called them?
They told me that UPS left a truckload of orders behind at the facility and the package won't arrive by tomorrow night like guaranteed.
They haven't updated any tracking in almost 16 hours.
The TW rep said that they haven'T heard much from them regarding the issue but many people have called bc their orders are delayed bc of the mess up at UPS

Same thing happened to my order. I placed my order before noon on Monday and when I go to track my package it says delay and that it has been left in the facility. I paid for 2 day air and its not going to happen
Like the old saying goes.... S#$T happens!! TW will do their best to fix what is in their control for you. You will get your stuff soon enough.

My dad's a FedEx driver, and trust me, late freight happens all the time. Stuff gets left, not delivered, it just happens. Everything should get to you, don't worry.

It´s not TW´s problem, it´s Fedex´s problem.
My order must have been on that truck too, getting the same 'Delayed' message from UPS. I ordered over the weekend and paid the $5 for 2-day shipping, so hopefully it'll get out today and I'll have it by Friday. First time I've ever had a shipping issue with TW and I've been ordering from them since the days of their old site...So I'll cut 'em a little slack . They can't control what UPS does anyway.
Hoping it'll get here on Friday so I can use the stuff this weekend! If anyone hears an update, post it in this thread since it seems many of us are effected.
I placed an order that was shipped two-day UPS and was in two separate shipments. The tracking for one says "Delayed" and the other is on time. The UPS tracking page for the delayed package says they left the package in their facility.
I'm not sweating it. I have faith in TW and UPS.

i had this happen before (three times) with TW and each time it's because someone there puts my zip code wrong, thus causing some delay. Seriously has happened the past 3 orders, same screwed up zip code. If you paid the extra $5 or $10 to expedite the shipping and it doesn't arrive on the quoted date, they will refund your shipping charge. And that's about it.... otherwise you just have to wait for it.
TW will refund u your $5 if order is not within the 2 day deal, just notify them

I ordered from them Saturday night, it shipped Tuesday morning. Tracking Says it's on it's way on time.
It's not a ups problem, it's a culture problem.
If you don't get a package from California to Virginia coast in 2 days we complain.
Granted we pay for that service but at some point we gotta realize that that is an incredible feat.

I have to agree but they should not charge and guarantee delivery if they can't perform that incredible feat.I have had so many problems with UPS that i will never pay for overnight or 2 day delivery because i know for a fact they can't always do it.But that won't stop them from taking your money and saying "we'll get it there on time". And your'e right it is also a culture problem especially with young people.
It lost the incredible feat once someone else packaged it and put a price tag on the service.
I don't really care if there's a delay and wouldn't care about the $5 refund for the 2-day ship. Stuff happens, but once you get a gang of people call up complaining it would be nice if they sent out emails alerting of the delay.
My package was delayed too. I'm sure I'd be frustrated if I needed it for a trip but I expect to have it by Sunday for my outing.
I love ups btw. I've never had an issue that wasn't resolved fast and my usual delivery woman is nice. Now I've had bad experiences with fedex losing packages and delivering them to wrong locations.
My order was also delayed. Just checked and it now says it will be delivered Friday. I'm glad I should still have my order for Saturday morning fishing.

I had a return that I sent back for exchange and it reached them on Thursday. I put in another order over the weekend that I chose 2ND day air shipping for the 5 buck price...it left and will be here tomorrow. My other order is a ground shipping order and is supposed to leave tonight. I called and they said the ground shipments got pushed back from the sale and 2nd day air shipments. Hoping it leaves tonight but I know I'll get it. Rest assured they'll take care of you. Don't worry.
Mine also had "delayed" as the status and said it had been left at the facility. Hopefully I'll still have it before my Friday evening fishing trip since I paid for the 2 day shipping. If it doesn't it isn't the end of the world. Probably willing to bet that TW sends out extra promo codes to people whose packages were delayed.
Mine was delayed also called tw and talked to Travis. He said that ups left a truck and if it not here by Thursday to call and they will not charge for shipping
My package is behind too. I paid the extra $5 for 2 day. I could care less, as long as it's here by the 26th!! TW is top notch, and every single problem I have ever had, they fixed.
