Wondering about your favorite T-rig craws? I have seen a couple older threads about craws in general, but I am specifically interested in using the craw all by itself. Please let me know your 4 - 8 +/- favorites.
As far mine, the only ones that I have really tried for this technique are the Zoom Big and 'Lil Critter Craws. They have both been productive, especially the Big critter in blueberry.
Please let me know what you like
Rage Craw is my favorite. Nothing even comes close to being second.
I am with Jon....
Larew Salt Craw . I dont like the fatter craws as much as the skinny worm like section on the Salt Craw. Black with chartreuse pincers is my favorite .
Zoom Ultravibe and Rage Craw are my choices.
My first fav was the Zoom Super Speed Craw.I couldn't find them anymore in stores so I bought some Berkley Powerbait Chigger Craws and never looked back. Fish will hold these things until next week even if they feel you on the other end. They'll fight ya' for 'em.
The Yum money craw works well for me,great swimming action and durable.
Fished by itself, the 'Strike King Rage Lobster' (that was easy).
Roger
Netbait Paca Craw is starting to replace the Rage Craw as my favorite for both T-rigging and as a jig trailer.

Blasphemy!
Actually I like the Paca Craw too but, the Rage Craw is still my favorite.
Haven't t rigged a craw in a few years, but rage covers all my craw needs.
Rage Craw, YUM Christie Craw and Craw Papi pretty much cover all my craw needs.
Rage Tail Lobster Falcon Lake Craw
Gene Larew 6" Salty Hawg Craw Black n Blue Claws
@Big-O y'all need the Lobster in this color
Rage Craws!!!
I usually just buy christie craws. Seem to work just fine
Zoom ultra vibe speed craws are my favorite. When they get too beat up to t-rig I use them as trailers.
Three choices for mr:
Rage Tail Baby Craw
Rage Tail Craw
Rage Tail Lobster
Plus the Rage DB Craw in the winter.
Ok, some other options besides the rage craw..
Keitech crazy flapper , culprit incredicraw , biospawn vile craw, zoom speed craw and GY psychodad.
All fish catchers.
I, no mather what time of the year or body of water i´m fishing, allways have one rod with a texas rigged craw on the boat! These are my chosen six:
From left to right:
-Rage tail Lobster
-Rage tail Craw
-Zoom Z Craw
-Zoom Super Speed Craw
-Zoom UV Speed Craw
-Yum Craw Papi
Rage Structure Bug
Power Team Conviction Craw
Power Team Craw Devour
Not exactly a craw, but I fish the Rage Structure Bug a lot, and I do very well with it. But this season I have been smoking them with the Power Team Lures Conviction Craw. It's big and ugly, and it works! However, I'd rig it on a flippin hook for better hook-sets. The Power Team Craw Devour is goo too when I want something a little bit smaller.
Zoom UV Speed Craw and for a lighter approach the BPS Incredible Craw. I've caught a lot on the Incredible Craw and it's discontinued SK predecessor. They work on finesse jigs too.
Christie craw, craw papi, zoom speed craw, paca craw.

What color/size did you get the chigger craw in?
ES Craw from Eversoft...between Rage Craw and Baby Rage Craw in size, same action, pretty durable and some colors you won't find anywhere else...our first choice for craws.
Rage Craw or Rage Bug.I like em t rigged or rage rigged. There great fished slow or fast.

4" black with blue flake. It also tells you the hook type and size to use with it so you don't have to figure that out. I usually use a 3/16 oz bullet weight with a black bead between the weight and hook.
I bought some in watermelon/candy flake color once and never got a bite so I packed them away in my "reserve box". I also bought a pack of Crazy Legs variety and didn't get any bites. Those have another appendage on them that seems to mess up the action and looks like a lobster to me. Even if you pinch them off it's not the same bait. It could be coincidental tjhat these others didn't produce for me, but the combo of black/blue original seems to really be the ticket for me. It's a confidence thing. And fish really will hold them a long time, giving you time to even make a mistake and still catch them. Big fish like them too.
gambler burner craw
strike king rage craw
jackall cover craw
berkley chigger craw
I'm pretty sure I can fill my bathtub and throw a watermelon candy UV speed craw on a 1/8-5/16 t-rig, and catch at least a couple. I hardly ever not have one tied on.

Do the crazy legs version swim like a brush hog style bait? Or do they just twitch?
Z man Turbo Crawz. Once you go ElaZtech you'll never go back.
YUM Christie Craw, green pumpkin.
One of my favorites that hasnt been mentioned is the Gary Yamamoto Baby Craw
