Hey guys so like the title says what is your favorite brand of crankbaits in the less than $15 range?
It's hard to beat cranks made by Strike King, Bagley, and Bandit for their price point. I have caught tons of fish on each of these brands and I'm sure any other user on here would say the same.
<15 is a saturated market.
Bomber cranks, and strike king. KVD 1.5, and red eye shad.
Xcalibur
Been doing good lately with the Gary yamamoto line of crankbaits.
Hootie
To land it, you need a Bandit.

I'd agree^^
Add to the list Norman, Bomber, Xcalibur, H2O Express, Rebel, Rapala...there are many, many great crankbaits in your price range,
Tom
For me I have by far the best luck on strike king XD series. I fish very clear water and they have that perfect wobble. Tennessee Shad is my go to color in summertime
About 80% of my crankbaits are Rapala, they cost less than 10 bucks.
Strike King and change the hooks out to mustad short shank triple grip hooks a size bigger
Strike king is my favorite. I also like xcalibur.

^^ This too, not sure how I left out Rapala lol
That's hard to answer because every crankbait I own is under $15.
Strike king, Bandit, and rapala. My favorite being strike king.
All of them...and by that, I mean I don't think I own a crankbait that cost more than $15
I like them all.

^^^This. Rapala and Strike King are my favorites.
Rapala. I can slow roll a wooden Rapala by fish and get hammered while other guys are struggling to get bit burning, grinding and banging their generic plastic cranks.

If I had to narrow it down to 2 brands that would likely be my choice.
Strike King and H2O makes up a majority of my squarebills anymore but I love the Spro line up as well.
Do yourself a favor and check out the hard baits put out by 6th Sense Custom Lure Company.
You'll be glad you did.

Wow, no kidding! These look impeccable ...
Wonder where best e-tailer price is?
Timber Tigers - cover most depths with the same profile. DC 4, DC5, DC8, DC13 & DC16. Most of my crank fish are caught with the DC8 & DC 16.

The X75 Flat was killing them south of the border and so far this year, it's been my top producer for both size & numbers.

I like that baits look... They have got , I believe
About the best art work I have ever seen on a crankbait, at that price! What colors are working?
All of the above.
For shallow water you can't beat a Mann's 1 minus.

Down south it was the Supermodel Shad & Wild Herring Shad and up here in the clear water of North woods the Bluegill & the Green Sunfish have been smoking hot.

Rapala DT series get my vote.
Probably strike king. I really love bombers, bandits, and many others though.
For me I believe in the H20 brand from academy. I am crazy about getting maximum value for all my purchases and this fits the bill. They work great and are at such competitive rates. Usually around $4, although I caught about 25 bass this year on a gold shad they had on clearance for $.98. Too bad I lost it on a snag.
Norman and Bomber, no doubt
Bomber model A and shallow A crankbaits.
Norman thin N and fatboy crankbaits.
Mann's baby 1 minus crankbaits.
Rapala Orginal Floater Minnow.
Rapala Shad Rap.
Rapala jointed floating minnow.
Rapala countdown jointed minnow.
Rapala glass shad rap.
There's a reason why the InFisherman Guys use the rapala shad raps in there TV shows. I haven't tried all the other brands of crankbaits yet. I have most of them but never sat there and used them.
Don't forget the shad, garlic and craw scent just a little will do.
Bomber, Rapala, and Xcalibur are my favorites.
Squarebills the KVD are pretty tough to beat. I am wanting to try the Spro fat John and the 6th sense baits. For medium and deep divers I am a fan of the Norman baits, lil N and DD22
Spro Fat John
XCS100
Kvd 1.5
Strike king! And these storm arashi's are really growing on me
