I use a ton of soft plastics and with it spend even more money at tackle shops resupplying. I'm trying to get into hand pouring and injecting but again the molds are a little too far out of my price range right now. Does anyone know of a good place to buy bulk soft plastics or anyone who makes their own and sells 100's at a time? Any help on this is good help, I'm a college student and would like to not have to choose between fishing and food anymore.
Barlow's Tackle
Berkley sells big bags of power worms and lizards
Ramen noodle are cheap man. Throw a slice of cheese in it for a change up. 30 packs of keystone... Buy the tackle ya want
All kidding aside there were some bulk deals in the flea market on this forum.

Truth.
Ebay has what your looking for. Also check out Bitters Bait. They don't sell bulk but they have awesome prices..
Not bulk baits but Berkley Havocs line is a great deal and they have everything, for $3 a pack.
And in the spring my DSG usually has buy one get one free or get one half off so i stock up for the year (and next year, and the year after that, and so on). Good baits for cheap.
At, fishing tackle outlet.net
If there's a specific bait you're looking for, try calling the company and see if you can order in bulk from them.

There's a guy on EBay who makes these. As tempting as they are, I'm putting my money toward the mold.
Jethro baits sells bags of ten or fifty.
I wish you could buy rage craws in bulk!
Buying worm molds is just the tip of the ice berg regarding costs, the plastisol, dye, flakes etc,etc all add up and you are stuck with what you purchased forever.
Buying bulk worms in 100 count is a similar problem, unless what you selected continues to be a good choice, no crystal ball to predict what bass will eat a week from now. Soft plastics fade in color in time or shift in coloration.
IF you are settled down in soft plastic shape, length and color, then your inventory is reduced somewhat. Contact the manufacturer direct they often sell in bulk. Caution.... there isn't any free lunches!

Mister Twister has clearances/bargains time to time.

Very true, pouring worms isnt necessarily the best way to get baits in bulk. I'm in a little better situation, as I already have everything but an injector and that mold. I also have tons of worms-like everyone else-that I just won't use. That's where I get 90% of my colors from. I like turning a $1 flea market bag of Culprits into a bag of drop shot worms that would run me $5-6 at BPS.
In 1972 I caught my first 15 bass limit on Toledo Bend throwing a blue Rebel ring worm.
I've used ring worms made by Gene Larew, Ringed Rascel, V & M, Lake Fork Tackle, Rage Tail, £ one that I don't know who makes them but I get them from Ann's Tackle in Jasper Tx.
For 22+ yrs my #1 color is Cinnamon Pepper Neon/Junebug Laminated; Camo
I've caught 12 double digit bass in 5 different states on ring worms.
I buy packs of 100 or more in Camo, Blach/Blue Tail, Junebug/Tail, Black Neon, Pumpkin Pepper/Blue Tail, Red Bug, & Starry Night.
It is not unusual on a good day to burn through 50 worms in a day while catching 20-30 bass.
A shop out here in eastern Penna. call Wacky Worm might be able to help you. Big into plastics.
On Gamblers website they have a overstock section. Bags of 50 or 40 for $10 on whatever color they have to much of.
Thanks so much for all the ideas guys I'll definitely look into some of them. I think I'm going to make my own molds and start pouring. i found this great video by makelure.com that shows how to make injection molds

but do they give you a better price on them or is it still about 1.50 a bait?
