My two girls wanted to goto the lake yesterday even with the temps in the low 50's with the wind so i took them to varner for the first time we didn't get to the lake untill about 4:30 so we only had about alittle over a hour to fish but it was well worth the trip they both caught there best bass ever the fish on the left being held by Bailee age 6 is a 5.6 and the fish on the right being held by Alex(AKA MOUTH) age 8 is a 4.9 i think i started something here they are trying to drag me back out today ;D here is a link to a few more pics of the day they almost froze after the sun went down http://s114.photobucket.com/albums/n277/Doghouse13/?action=view¤t=1162687185.pbw

You are one lucky dog
Cute kids. I'll bet they had fun.
Had this been a post by muddy, I'd have expected different content.

Fish always look best when held by a child

Dude!
The picture is precious. I agree with avid, that IS the cutess picture ever posted on BassResource.com.
Wow, i'm jealous. 6 and 8 year old girls are catching bigger bass than i ever have :'(
Ha ha, good times. Great pictures too!
Jason
That's just wonderful. I am glad they were able to go out with you. I told you those in-line spinners were the ticket.
Thanks for sharing! Avid's right.
You're a lucky guy DH, beautiful kids, beautiful fish, and a pic 2nd to none.
Fantastic!!
inline spinners Your killing me Fluke .If you realy want to know fluke they caught them on HOT PINK old monster worms 8-)
If hot pink was the deal you should have tossed Bailee in and trolled her behind the boat. Imagine the size bass you could have caught.
Fluke
P.S. She's gonna hit me for that next time she sees me.
Lol yep your a dead guy ;D
Ya know that glitter the kids wear,....fairy dust I think they call it? Isn't that the stuff that Fluke was saying makes a great stocking stuffer?
as for the sneakers with the lights in 'em,......I think we all remember the battery operated night fishing lures ,lol Don't bother.
Be careful talking about fairy dust LBH Fluke wears it when he fishes with spinning gear ;D
Stop telling all my secrets
Wow,...hit 2 mods with 1 stone,....talent.
It's the dog in me brother
I heard that some Fairy Dust got on a ten pound fish Fluke caught and made it a little light. Last I looked it only weighed 8.98 pounds (getting lighter all the time) and was about to fly off the scale if some of the dust hadn't washed off in the live well. Got to get rid of that Fairy Dust if you ever want to catch a ten pound fish.QuoteBe careful talking about fairy dust LBH Fluke wears it when he fishes with spinning gear ;D
Ouch!!!!!! :'( That hurts bad.
Awsome fish and pictures! I wish i could catch bass that big. Sounds like a good time out on the water.
Look out WBT!!!! Looks like you have some prospects in your house!!!!
Lol maybe one day
Great picture, reminds me of when my girls where younger.
