Great job.
Hey, That is absolutely great. I'll bet you will be smiling for a month after a day like that. I'll bet it didn't even feel cold either.
Jim
Man...that is a SICK stringer. That bests my "best day" by...hmmmm...a freakin' lot!!! Congrats on your winter day success. The fishing Gods have awarded you for braving such cold weather and nasty conditions. And you caught all of those in 1 and 1 half hour?!?! Man that's nuts!!! Maybe I can convince the wife to move to Georgia...

Man I worked outside today and froze. I'll bet it was brutal on the water. Did you catch them all in one area or have to move around? It's good you went today because the ramp will probably be iced tomorrow. Great day of fishing. Sounds like I need to jerk the 25 Merc off my Clipper and buy a big trolling motor and a bunch of batteries.

So, saying you found a honey hole would be a good assumption? ;D
Just think man, there is only a very small % of bass fisherman that will EVER have a day like that.
Dude, you make me sick..I went all day there last saturday and didnt get a bite..Save those toads for the tourneys..
Buzzbaitfool12 that fish will be back on the same spot and has already been caught a number of times by my friends and myself. Doghouse, I have identified your big fish as my pet fish that has made for a lot of good days for me and others in the past. I even have a photo that helps me identify her when I catch her. I am going to post two photos of her in a seperate post under General Bass Fishing. Thanks for turning her lose to catch another day.
Those are some really NICE fish!! I sooo hope I can catch something like that this year!! Great Job!!! I am sure it was worth those pink hands!
Congrats! That is an awesome catch! I really have to hand it to ya'll, you really have Varner figured out... Ryan and I are planning on fishing out there more this year. I have always known that it is a great lake. I caught my first fish over 10 lbs out there. Lake Nunya is a good lake, and we know it well. but it can't hang with the size of the bass in Varner... Congrats again!
HAHA, you Georgia guys crack me up. 40 degrees? Thats like a heat wave up in PA right now!!!
Great fish man, keep it up!
Wayne
