I'm just starting to fish with worms. I mostly fished hard baits but I want to start worms. I am going to buy senkos but I don't know what colors to buy. The pond I fish in is very clear and has weeds in literally every square inch of the pond. The ponds deepest part is 6 feet. What color senko would you use in this pond. Also what rig the Texas or the Carolina?
Watermelon pepper. Weightless, texas rigged. A superline hook will help it sink a bit quicker if you need it to.
in !!! blue/black color and cinnamon brown ..
Junebug
Junebug/Red
Watermelon
Watermelon/Red
Pumpkin
Black/blue
Watermelon/Candy
Depending on the conditions you can go anywhere in the country and get bit with one of these colors

Sometimes color makes a big difference, but most of the
time, your favorite color will be just fine. I like "dark".

Green Pumpkin/Black
Chartreuse/Chart+black flake
Baby Bass
Those along with exactly what FFD listed are my standards. I always have those colors, but may have some off the wall local colors in my speedbags as well.
Baby bass. Great all around color!
green pumpkin / baby bass /green magic work for me
Greenpumpkin/black
Watermelon/black
Watermelon/red
Those are what I usually throw in clear water with weeds. T-rigged or wacky.
Junebug is my favorite senko color and the one I've had the most luck with and I always throw T-rigged.
Watermelon, black flakes
Watermelon/Green Pumpkin, black flakes
Watermelon, red flakes
Green Pumpkin, black flakes
Red Shad (works well for smallies)
Texas rigged weightless, and wacky.
Good Luck
I've had good luck with the "purple haze" color in the strike king zeros, they offer a light and dark color combo in one bait.
I go with 4 colors. Keeps things simple.
Black w/blue flake- dirty water, low light conditions
June bug- dirty water, sunny conditions
Green pumpkin-clear/stained water, sunny
Watermelon red flake- clear/stained water, low light.
And those conditions are by no means hard rules. I have used black and blue in ultra clear water w/ success, and GP in really dirty water. Basicly I don't think it matters. But having a few differant options gives me more confidence, and some times you could be wearing them out on one color, stop getting bit, switch to another and pick up a few more.
None of them work dont even bother ;D
Bubblegum has been my best color this year, but every color has given me some fish.

You know, that's one color I don't have, in anything. I guess I should give it a try.
Black with blue or red fleck
or waterellon

i'm the same way, aint got no confidence in em for whatever reason
have only tried the black with blue flakes, but those produce very well, so will stick to those
w.melon red flake
Keep it simple - Get a green (Watermelon or Green Pumpkin), get a blue/black and get a brown. Don't worry about getting swirls or pinks or whites... Just keep it simple!
I've never been anywhere that green pumpkin didn't work.
All of them!
I've had my best luck with watermelon/red flake and white, with watermelon/black flake and green pumpkin/black also producing well.
green pumpkin/watermelon laminate. 912.
Nobody has said anything about golden shad, but they seem to work fine for me.
297.
what color is 297
I want a chart ! ;D
