I like these! Are the skirts held in place with wire or rubber collar?

I offer it either way, wire tied or banded
I feel like wire tied is better than rubber. Is there a major difference between the two, one is less expensive or?
Wire doesnt degrade like rubber, but the rubber collar allows you to change you skirt type and color much faster without the need to tie on a new lure.

The collar is cheaper because it doesn't require as much time to assemble. For longevity the wire tie is best because it doesn't come off.
Nice !
I'm liking that hook ~ Looks like a Gaff !

just put in an order, hopefully i get a chance to put them to work before it gets too cold up here!
I'll take a dozen fer sure!
Can I order just the heads and add my own skirts?
Those are some nice looking jigs!

I just added the heads only.
Thanks all!
Is the bottom flat on the recessed line tie jig?

For the most part yes. It stands by itself but has a slight contour to the back. This is a picture of the head standing freely.
Wow, I really like that one with the recessed line tie. Available with wired tied skirt and an owner hook this jig rocks. I definetely will have to try this jig.

The rubber collars have loops you can stick rattles in, don't they?
What about the secret color you guys came up with on CJ's boat at KY lake?
They look super, as does all your stuff, and price is great too!
Again, I'm willing to put the time and effort into field testing a few for you.
Looks good! I just ordered ten of the plain Big O heads cuz I still have plenty of skirt material. Now if that jig bite would turn back on!

Hey CWB, They sure do. The rubber collars have little loops on each side to attach rattles too.
The color we came up with was a Falcon Craw color to match Big O's Ragetail falcon craw. Its almost exact.

Are you going to be making that color? Looked pretty cool.
Hey CWB. I have it on the site under the standard jig colors. Here is another picture of it. All head styles have the option.
Falcon Craw
I think CWB is looking for this jig and this color Looks pretty nice to me too Mike, the hook set is much easier due to the point design which make these jigs great for fluoro's and mono's too, braid WRECKS'EM. Also the fish stay buttoned up well... It's RIGHT!!!

This fish was caught on a 3/4oz brush model... hard to see it on the right side of the photo
This on was on a 1oz football model...
Sorry about the photos... hard to get'em by yourself
I can appreciate your problem.
Wow, Nice fish Big O! Thats the color that I named Falcon Craw was the one we made on CJ's boat.

You guys just need to get a little creative - Middle seat in the Old Town doubles as the "Fisherman's De-Liar Board"
Of course, Big-O and Dwight you guys will require the Xtra large model.

Am I nuts or do I remember it having more black and red in the skirt or was that another color? Don't answer the first part of the question.
I got there a little late that night. Never leave fish that are biting!
I remember Big-O trimming back the skirt a tad after you tied it up.
Just another average Big-O bass.
I think the one your thinking of is a custom color I made for Roadwarrior.

O.K. Go ahead and say it. I'm nuts.
Actually I had a Standard Green Pumpkin skirt that has 4 to five strands of deep blood red in it... Didn't have any of Mike's skirts to fish. Now that has a different ring to it, Huh! Mike's Skirts
A-Jay, I guess I could do the board thing like yourself if I needed to but here in the Texas heat, any fish would fry on it just at the touch. I don't even let the fish touch the boat deck if I can keep from it. It's downright miserable to tough out a full day of fishing this time of year but then I guess it's better than working at the office

Smart move photoshopping that Rage Tail package under the seat and making it look like it was part of the pic before you posted on here, A-Jay.

I hear Ya, but I think that day I was heaving a jig with a R/T craw pinned to the back of it. So it was actually a very realistic account of the catch.
Also Big-O, Excessive Heat - is something that I don't often have to account for in that instance, so I guess you'll have to sick with the stiff arm shot. But I will be looking to call up some of that wicked heat you get there come about Thanksgiving.

I got my ten Big O jigheads in the mail today. I ordered just the heads because I still had some skirt material left from my last batch. I tied them all up this afternoon. They look great, the heads are really nice. Will be giving them a workout this weekend.
Thanks
Cliff
I finally got a chance to get on the water with my new rod (croix legend extreme) and the bigojig. Made my first cast and caught a dock and lost my jig LOL! lucky i have a few more left.

I hate to hear that!!!!!!!!!!!!

To make it worst I lost three more today HAHAHA!
First cast to some standing timber and I stuck a PIG!! second cast lost the jig to the tree (5/8oz), tie on another one (1oz) and it gets hung up and i lose it on the first cast. 3rd one wasn't actually lost I straightened the hook out on a different tree. (It took a lot of effort to straighten out the hook btw.)
Did I mention I fish some gnarly stuff hahaha. Like they say, if you don't lose a few jigs every day you aren't doing it right.
I love the hook, the wired tied skirts are GREAT and VERY evenly distributed, paint has yet to chip either. I've yet to fish it in any grass or pads yet, we'll save that for the weekend. So far I'm pretty happy though, I'll probably be using it exclusively and picking up more if it does well in the grass this weekend.
I must emphasize the quality of the jig, uneven skirt distribution and the skirt coming loose after a few crazy hook sets or snags are my biggest pet peeves but this jig hasn't let me down yet!!
JacobK, Thanks for the great review!!!!!!!
I also have another jig in the works but its still going to be about a month for it. I'll be using an Owner hook for this one too!!
