Sage 9' 7wt XP Galvan reel
A few others too but these are the ones I use pretty consistently.
Man! Some VERY nice outfits. And my wife thinks I have too many. HA.
I picked up several new and new-2-me rods since last season. Also 4-5 new-2-me reels. Already had a few untried reels and a couple untried rods. Now I have to sit down and figure out what to pair with what.
Have a 105H and HMG Lite coming that will be used for a couple techniques that are new-2-me....Shaky Head/Darter Head.
V.I.P. Smallmouth/Black Max 1600C shallow crankbaits/squarebills
Cara/Fuego shallow/medium crankbaits/squarebills
ET Smallmouth MF/Curado 51E light lures
Cumara/Fuego Senkos/Fat Ikas
RX 7 Rainshadow/Zillion 50th jigs
Zillion F&P/Type R mostly used for frogs although I would like to start using it for what the rod was designed for because I now have a couple other Heavy rods
I'm thinking Purple Alphas/ET Smallmouth MXF for topwater. Or the TD-Z 103ML.
Those are the only combos I'm reasonably certain of. Majority of my rods have a Fast action, and I am apt to use them for just about anything. My Senko/Fat Ika rod is more apt to have a spinnerbait on it. LOL. Zillion 100SHLA, Morrum 1600, TD-X HSDF, TD-S, Premier, Zillion PE, Lews TP, Chronarch 101A and 100B, 2 Sols, another Fuego, 2 more Black Max 1600C are some reels looking for a home. Rods are a mixture of Quantum, Falcon, Fenwick, Daiwa, Prodigy, Shimano and Abu in Heavy, MH or Medium.
Spinning outfits are few and all set.
Fenwick RiverRunner/older Daiwa 1500 panfish
Cielo MH/Advantage 2000a jigs
Fenwick ET MF/Shimano 2500 MgFE whatever
Abu Villain MLF/ older Daiwa 2500 whatever
Minimal yet highly effective.

No kidding! So of you have thousands of dollars in just rods & reels
Well... I guess I'm a little behind.
Spinning:
Berkley Cherrywood 6'6 M F / Shimano Sienna- shakey heads and jerkbaits
Berkley Cherrywood 5' UL F / Pflueger Trion- Small inline spinners and weightless plastics
Shimano Clarus 5'6 MH XF / Pflueger President- Live bait
St. Croix Triumph 6'6 ML F / Shimano Saharah- T rigs, shakey heads, small cranks, and jerkbaits
Fly Rod:
Redington Pursuit 9' 6wt F / TFO prism- small bass and panfish flies. Trout also.
TFO Hawgleg 7'11 8wt F / White River Osprey- Large bass flies, pike flies, and carp flies.
World Wide Sportsman 9' 10wt F / White River Kingfisher (Spooled with 350 grain sink line)- Musky flies.
That's everything.
I guess I do things a little differently. I fish for all kinds of species and only have one dedicated "bass" combo. It's a 7' MH shimano crucial with the full cork grips/citica 100d/ 20lb powerpro. I only make dedicated bass trips 5-6 times a year. Too many other things to fish for. I fill in other needs for bass fishing with the rest of my multipurpose gear.

Seriously Dude! How do you expect the rod/reel companies to survive if everyone thought that way? You need to think about adding another 8-10 combos.
Just the most used for Bass and Walleye, no fly rods or specialty equipment.

Oh trust me I'm not done lol. That's just all I have, some of it is cheap but I'm confident in it and am glad I have it. Just don't have that much money. I'm getting better quality gear as time passes, the St. Croix just got added to my collection, and the 8 and 10wt fly rods.

Powell Max 703C - Citica 201E - 15# CXX This is my "all purpose" combo, mostly used for jigs & t-rigs but every now and then I'll throw a spinnerbait or chatterbait with it.
Powell Max 706CB - Citica 201E - 10# CXX Crankbait/reaction bait rod, mostly crankbaits (square bills to 6XD's) and scrounger head/flukes .
Powell Max 735C - Citica 201E - 50# PPS8S Frogs/Toads and swim jigs.
Powell Max 7105 - Citica 201E - 65# PPS8S Flipping/Punching.
Powell Max 683S - Symetre 3000FJ - 20# PPS8S Shakeyheads, finesse jigs, & weightless plastics.
Cumara A Umbrella Rig - Curado 301E - 25# CXX A-Rigs, swimbaits, & big swim jigs.
Clarus 7' MH - Chronarch 101B - 50# PPS8S This is my "pond rod" and one of two I usually take when going on a friends boat.
Scimitar 7' M - Sedona 2500FD - 20# PP My pond/travel spinning combo. This falls in the same category as the Clarus rod. I use it for anything the baitcaster isn't best suited for.
Those are the 8 setups that get the most use by far. I have lots of other higher end gear that I don't use much at the moment. I plan to try and change all that this year though, trying to get rods for my Calais and Calcutta DC's, Curado 51E, & Curado 201DHSV. Then I have a few rods that I need reels for like my Cumara 7'7" Reaction, which I already know I'm picking up a Chronarch 201E5 for.
Just some working mans combos LOL

What technique do you use each set up for?
Anything and everything. They are all pretty much general purpose set ups. Lighter weight stuff gets thrown on the sx and my spinning reel though.

Nice and simple, I like it!
