Is there a possible rod action and power that I could use for crankbaits, spinner baits and chatterbaits? I know I'm pushing it but I'm also on a budget.
You need a mh rod with an action in between fast and mod. Falcon bucoo has a couple options i beleive
I use the 6'10 medium heavy, moderate-fast action model of the rod linked below for exactly that, in addition to buzzbaits and heavy topwaters, and it's awesome:

St. Croix mojo bass 7 mh spinner bait model is good for all the applications you mentioned.
Thanks for all the replies
705CB Champion - this rod can basically do anything
personally a medium fast action rod would be my choice to do all of this. I know not exactly conventional but it works for me.
What is your budget for the rod and what is your reel budget? I can make some good suggestions if i know what you intend on spending for each. or maybe you have a reel already for this
I would use a MH 7' rod with a mod-fast tip.
I would look at glass or composite crankbait rods!

agreed and even the Fury 705CB will work if on a tighter budget.
Megabass Orochi XX Diablo Spec R
It's a special rod for sure.
I use a bass pro shops crankin stick 7' medium heavy that is rated as fast but is more like moderate fast because it is a graphite/glass combination. It is a great rod for all those baits.

+1
And if you're on a limited budget, the Daiwa Tatula cranking rod is an excellent bang for the buck.

Again you did not mention a budget but one person suggested a Falcon Buccoo. For an inexpensive option WalMart often sells the Falcon Buccoo trapmaster which is a 7 foot Medium moderate rod that spec 1/4 to 3/4. Tackle Warehouse sells that rod for $109. I got mine at Wal Mart for about $40 on sale two years ago. I fish rattle traps, small to mid sized crankbaits and it could easily handle some spinnerbaits or chatterbaits.
Anywhere from MH/mod to M/fast ought to do the trick. I use a 6'6" MH/MF Lightning Rod for the spinnerbaits (chatterbait) and buzzbaits and a M/MF Lightning Rod for the cranks and topwaters. But they're almost interchangeable. I really love the action of the Medium for topwaters with trebles and Rat L Traps. These are some applications that don't require much sensitivity, which makes the cheaper rod a good value.
Honestly the bass pro store brand rods aren't that bad, I'd try some out.

100% Correct. The BuCoo Trap Caster would be perfect for this scenario.

I've got an old Lowrider rod that would do all these. It's their LFC-5-17 Big Crank 7' MH/MF. They still make it. But I use it as my T-rig rod simply because it's easily the most sensitive rod I own. I have braid on it so hooksets are not an issue.
Lowriders are awesome rods.
Shimano Compre Cranking Rod, 7' MH
Two ways to go here I think.
Go a bit lighter in power with a fast action, or go heavier with a moderate or mod-fast action. Lure weight and line type are also factors.
If your budget allows, Megabass makes a lot of do-everything moving bait rods.
Depends on the kind of water you are fishing and cover and structure. There's absolutely nothing wrong with a m/h setup. But a 6 1/2 ft.med fast action casting rod works well for wormin', spinner baits and shallow crank baits on many bodies of water and load better for lighter lures for easier casts.

If your on a budget, berkley lighting rod shock should do the job.mh has a soft tip. 61/2'will do the job.
I have a Dobyns Champion D684cb. It's got a nice bend to it, perfect for moving baits, just remember that fishing cover and moderate rods tend to be a bad mixture.
Budget? Dobyns Fury 705CB without a doubt! It can be had right now on a handful of websites like TW on sale right now for the 4th with free shipping. Really can't beat it.
I'd say for cranks anything from a 1.0 strike king to a Rapala DT14. Up to 1/2oz spinnerbaits. Depending on trailer I'd prob stay around the 3/8oz range in chatterbaits. The 1/2oz plus a hefty trailer puts a little more resistance against the tip then I'd like making it harder to snap it up off the tops of weeds.
