Quantum PT Tour Swimbait Rod. 7'11" 1-5oz baits, this thing was used once to show my daughter how a Lunker Punker works in our pool. This is a very nice rod and a great rod for a person looking to step up to throwing larger baits (8" Hudds/Spros/Punkers, etc). SOLD

Rain Gear:

XXXL Cabela's Tourney Trail Rain Suit (bibs and jacket). Older model that is still rainproof, just cleaned and treated. Only real signs of usage are the neoprene glove/wrist thing shows a little pilling. Maroon color. How much for the kid?

So... perfect storm of life has hit hard (Dr bills, vet bills, car all, at once). I need to move this stuff AND am adding most of my reels. I can text or email pix asap on the new items.
LEFTY REELS
Daiwa Zillion HSLA 7.1:1 upgraded with smooth drags and OS seal abec 7's. Small bubble in paint on top near red dots. Otherwise great shape, serviced by DVT is May includes box and papers. $180
Daiwa T3 Ballistic 6.3:1 just taken out of box for pix. I'll include a spool of ghost suffix 832 in 30lb. $125
Daiwa Sol 5.8:1 some light rash, but really good mechanically. Spoiled with 10lb fluoro and has orange reel grips AND a set of NIB Boca abec 5 ceramics. SOLD
Daiwa Fuego 6.3:1 pretty rashed up but inside is nearly perfect. Will include a set of NIB Boca abec 5 ceramics. $100
Shimano Citca E 6.2:1. Upgraded with smooth drag and very very clean has a few more casts worth of 10lb fluoro spoiled on it includes box and papers. $80. (My first baitcaster, this stinks)
Daiwa Tierra 2500 spinning reel. Very rarely used and very clean, although spools are a bit marred due to carrying them in my bag. Includes box and papers. Spoiled with 8lb sublime fluoro and 15lb braid respectively. Not quite a Stratic but better than a Saros. $75
Shimano Symetrye 3000 F (newest green one) used once spoiled with 20lb power pro. Little paint off tip of reel foot from reel seat. SOLD
All prices are shipped
Sorry to hear about everything. Nice gear here at great prices.

It's perfectly fine to send a PM here anytime you feel like it, just not supposed to post and say "PM sent". The mods consider that bumping the thread, which is frowned upon here. Different for every forum, but no biggie since you know now.

Bass Resource Folks
This started as an ad, I wanted to sell some stuff and get my kids some more fun stuff for Christmas (d**n you Princess Sophia!). Just some stuff I didn’t really use all that much and nothing I valued. Got to make a joke about my wife (yes she laughed really hard when she read it). Then life happened, as it tends to do and I had to get on top of it. Lots of work, crappy coffee, and maneuvering allowed the storm to pass and we are ok (still need a windshield). We always would be, but things sucked for a bit.
Thank You Guys…
You guys, you goofballs that chase little green and brown fish, fret about a shade of Chartreuse, and argue about Shimano vs (everyone) like the Hatfield’s and McCoy’s. You guys read, laughed at my misogyny, and posted things, that on more than one occasion brought a tear to my eye and smile to my face with the humor, kind thoughts, and extraordinary offers.
My wife read the posts and would ask about you guys. I’d answer, “I think I once bought a reel off that guy”, “I have no real idea, I just get the vibe he’s a good guy”, “He got a random 12 year old South Park reference, so he’s got to be cool”. BUT I truly don’t know any of you, yet you all provided, even without knowing it, a little help and positivity that I sorely needed.
Thank You.
I’m not a man of religion per say, but I am a man of faith. You all helped keep my faith strong with all that was going on. So is this a bit dramatic? Sure seems that way (“dude’s selling a Quantum and some rubber pants…”). But I just wanted to say thank you all and hopefully people that read this post will truly know how lucky we are to have this supportive community around us.
Happy New Year!
Chris Weber
PS BUY THE RAINGEAR!!!
PPS THE REELS ARE NO LONGER FOR SALE!

Awesome! Great to hear you pulled thru. Your post was in the top 3 I have read this year, very nice.
Very glad to hear things are on the upswing!
I'd buy the raingear, but I'm about a foot and a bill less than you. You could fit me and my wife in those...so maybe that's not that bad...
can you post a photo of the raingear? I might be interested...Kev
I'll model it in the morning... don't be hungover... could be ugly.
still waiting for those model shots - at work so make sure its SFW
PM me your email or cell and I'll get them to you asap. I'm working off a darn kindle and for the life of me can't get them up. Sorry for the delay.
Oh and the heat in these pictures is Chernobyl level...
Here's some sweet shots. Don't look directly at them and the heat will blind you...
(note: that's dust on the lower leg on the last shot)
$70 for the rain suit for the weekend!
